Ember can be timid and scared in new places, so she will need some time and patience to settle into a new home. She thrives best in a home with another dog to help boost her confidence and provide companionship. She would also be okay in a home with cats as well. Ember is known for her endearing habit of hoarding toys, often gathering them in her favorite spots. Once she trusts you, she becomes very loving and playful, Ember is good in a crate, finding comfort in her safe space, and is diligently working on housetraining. With patience and a supportive environment, Ember will become a wonderful and affectionate companion for her new family. Initially shy, Cole warms up beautifully once he trusts you and then becomes a cuddle enthusiast, loving every pet and belly rub. While he's not a fan of the leash, he absolutely adores running around in a fenced yard, where his playful spirit shines. Cole has formed a sweet bond with his foster's hound dog, often going up to give him kisses and even having the confidence to take toys from him. He's made significant progress in just a short amount of time, sleeping soundly through the night in his cage and keeping it clean consistently. Cole would do well in a home with another dog, as he thrives on canine companionship, and he would also be fine with cats, With his gentle nature and the right environment, Cole is sure to continue blossoming into a wonderful and loving companion. Sam was an owner surrender that came to us after a lifetime of living outside on a chain :( However, you would never know he lived outside with chickens based on how well he has adjusted to indoor life in foster! He is housebroken, gets along with female dogs of all sizes - we have found that he may be male selective. He gets along with young kids and toddlers. Sam has not been tested with cats. Sam is a cuddle bug who loves to sit in your lap for pets. He listens well but is a typical beagle with his nose to the ground and therefore needs a fenced in yard to explore in. He loves playing outside in the fenced yard for a few hours a day and then comes in for naps and to play with his toys! Sam still struggles with walking on a leash and we are working on slowing down his pace. Sam is new to toys so he loves his assortment of Kongs, bones, and sturdy chew toys. COURTESY POST: Nelli Approx 3-4years old / 40-45lbs Nelli is a possible Harrier Hound that was rescued from a well pad, where the landowner said he was going to shoot her if she was not gone by hunting season. She is a very sweet & loving girl who used to be nervous of any new person, but has come out of her shell a lot and loves everyone she meets. Nelli currently lives with the two people that rescued her from being shot, but she needs a loving home where she can be the center of attention as this couple has 6 other animals of their own and we’re not planning to have any more. Nelli gets along with the other dogs in the home, but not the cats as she has a high prey drive. Nelli is not much for playing, but she is learning how to every day. Her favorite thing to do it’ll follow her hound nose! All day every day. So she would do best in a home with a fenced in yard. Nelli does not jump, and is house trained. She has not been around children since being in this home but the couple believes she would do just fine as she is a very sweet and calm girl. Short stats on Nelli: Possible Harrier hound Maybe 3-4 years old Approx. 40-45lbs YES dogs, with proper introduction.
