I’m not sure the exact age of this dog, I think around 8 or 9.. we recently had to take in my grandmother due to her having a stroke and she does not like the dog. Gabby is super calm and mostly keeps to herself, she lives with cats and leaves them alone.

Bangles is a beautiful Lemon Beagle. He is very good with new people and does well with other dogs. He enjoys a good trot around the yard but at approx 6 years old and 31 pounds, he also enjoys lounging in the sun. Bangles has been introduced to cats and while he has shown interest, he has not shown any aggression. Bangles has done well in his crate and although he does not really play with toys, he enjoys having one in his crate with hi; which is super sweet. He is up to date on all age appropriate vaccines, microchipped and neutered. All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home. We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application. We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information. We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out, so we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH. If you are outside of this radius, we encourage you to contact your local rescue or shelter. Hi I'm Merlin! I'm a little shy but once you get to know me I'm as sweet as can be. I'm around 6 years old and 45 lbs, and I would do best with a simple, routine life without too much excitement. In fact, I could spend almost all day on the couch with my head on your shoulder. I am vision impaired but once you help me learn where everything is, I do just fine navigating on my own- I'm even crate trained and enjoy having a crate as my "home base". I am perfect with cats and dogs, and would really love a dog friend to help me continue building my confidence. I do need a fenced in yard at my forever home, being on leash is tough for me until I feel super safe and secure. If you're a homebody with a little bit of patience and a gentle soul, I would be the perfect companion for you and I am sure to give you all the love you'll ever need.
