Story
This puppy is in Tennessee. Adoption Donation $250 if picked up in TN, $325 plus transport fee for out-of-state adoptions. Bennie is a young, eager-to-please pup with a gentle heart and an affectionate personality. At just six months old and 25 pounds, he is still discovering the world around him and loves learning what makes you happy. Bennie is the perfect blend of playful energy and cozy companionship. He enjoys going for walks, exploring at your side, and then happily settling in for a well-earned nap. His favorite place to be is wherever you are, often curled up next to you or resting within eye sight. He also loves playing with his foster sisters – a good game of chase will have him grinning from ear-to-ear. One of his most endearing habits is carrying stuffed animals proudly around the house, as if showing off his treasured collection. He loves to chew on hard toys as well as plushies. Bennie is motivated to learn and ready to earn words of praise or a treat. Bennie has picked up house routines well: he already follows commands of “crate” and “go potty” when taken outside. He is housetrained as long as he is given the opportunity to go outside. He walks nicely on leash, happily following along just a step behind his person. He is calm and quiet in the car, though he does have a bit of motion sickness. This sweet boy would fit beautifully into almost any loving home where he will receive plenty of the affection he craves. Bennie is a loyal, devoted companion who will happily follow you through life... and probably carry a stuffed toy along for the adventure.   Interested in adopting? THIS PET IS FOSTERED IN TENNESSEE! We do list and adopt our pets nationwide. Typical transport cost to the Northeast is $180. Due to interstate adoption regulations, we are not able to adopt to RI and MA state residents. A.A.R.F. (All About Rescue and Fixin' Inc.) http://aarf-tn.com/ is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) no kill animal rescue organization located in the Upper Cumberland area of Tennessee. A.A.R.F. is comprised of unpaid volunteers and survives only on public donations. Thank you for thinking adoption first! Prior to adoption, all canines and felines are spayed or neutered, have received their age appropriate vaccinations, have been de-wormed for common parasites, and have received treatment for prevention of fleas and ticks. All canines over the age of 6 months have been tested for heartworm. All canines are put on heartworm prevention as soon as possible - this means dogs as soon as they are tested negative. Puppies are put on prevention immediately. All felines, regardless of age, have been tested for Feline Leukemia/FIV. Each animal receives a health check by a licensed veterinarian prior to adoption. Anything else found will be treated by our organization prior to adoption. April 24, 2026, 9:58 pm

Story
Meet Lulu, the most delightful elder lady you’ll ever have the pleasure of knowing! This gentle soul is the total package—crate trained, house trained, and wonderful in the car (yes, we said it twice because she’s that good on road trips). Lulu is good with other dogs and has a sweet, calm presence that makes everyone around her feel at ease. She may be a little shy at first, but the moment you speak to her, her tail starts to wag and a soft smile lights up her face. It's like watching a flower bloom—slow, beautiful, and full of love. Lulu is a true gem—quietly charming, affectionate, and just waiting for someone to show her that the best is yet to come. If you’re looking for a loyal companion with a heart of gold, look no further. Lulu is ready to bring warmth and joy to her forever home. Note: Lulu is currently being treated for heartworms. Please do not let this scare you away. Heartworm is not contagious and is curable. Story
Kenji is proof that age is just a number. At 8 years old, this adorable beagle boy still has plenty of pep in his step and a whole lot of love to give. He’s spunky, fun, and always ready to make you smile — especially when he breaks out his signature little dance after going potty. Yes, really. Kenji has moves. This sweet guy loves attention and is more than happy to soak up all the pats and affection you’re willing to give. He’s the kind of companion who just wants to be where his people are, whether that means heading out for an adventure or curling up close for a cozy day at home. Kenji is great with other dogs, house trained, and crate trained — basically the full package. He’d be just as happy joining you for a hike on the trail as he would be lounging beside you on the sofa for a rainy-day Netflix binge and snuggle session. If you’re looking for a loyal little buddy with charm, personality, and the perfect mix of playful and cuddly, Kenji may just be your guy.  Note: Kenji is currently being treated for heartworms. Please do not let this scare you away. Heartworm is not contagious and is curable. Story
Meet Kato – your classic lemon beagle with a whole lot of personality packed into one adorable, nose-to-the-ground package Kato is 100% beagle through and through… which means he’s got that signature houndy independence, a curiosity that never quits, and a nose that leads the way on all of life’s adventures. If there’s a scent trail to follow, you can bet Kato is already on the case! While he’s got that independent streak, don’t be fooled—Kato still enjoys his people and is always happy to be part of the action. He’s the perfect mix of “I’ve got this” and “hey, don’t forget about me,” making him a great companion for someone who appreciates a little personality in their pup. And yes… he comes fully equipped with the classic beagle bay Kato isn’t shy about letting you know when he has thoughts, feelings, or important announcements to make (like dinner time, obviously). The good news? He’s got the basics down! Kato is house trained, crate trained, and gets along well with other dogs. He’s ready to settle into a home that understands and loves the quirks that make beagles so special. If you’re looking for a fun-loving, nose-driven, slightly opinionated (in the best way) companion, Kato might just be your guy Available 4/4/26 Mostly Muttz Rescue, PO Box 406, Gilbertsville, PA 19525PA Kennel License 10872 ##2684065##
