Meet Chance Some dogs are given a name that fits them perfectly, and Chance is one of them. This sweet 5-year-old Beagle mix received his name because he was given a second chance at life—and he has embraced it with his whole heart. Chance came from a hoarding/ animal abuse case where his owners were consequently arrest, arrested.  Despite everything he's been through, Chance has never lost his love for people. His tail still wags, his eyes still light up when he sees you, and he still believes that his forever family is out there waiting for him. Chance is one of the sweetest dogs you'll ever meet. He loves attention, enjoys spending time with his people, and has a gentle, loving personality that makes it impossible not to fall in love with him. He is a little on the chubby side at 56lbs and loves to be a couch potato, though we have put him on an exercise regimen and a diet.  Chance is currently heartworm positive, but that doesn't define who he is. He is receiving treatment and deserves the comfort of a loving home while he completes his journey to recovery. His future is bright, and all he needs now is someone willing to give him the love and security he has always deserved.Chance was given a second chance at life. She has a sensitive stomach and does best on a consistent routine: scheduled meals of turkey/lamb, water, plaint yogurt. No sudden changes or scraps.
