She loves chasing a ball, bouncing around the yard, and showing off her silly, playful side. 🎾 Nessie is also a very well-mannered young pup. She is crate trained and house trained, which will help make the transition into her new home nice and smooth. She gets along great with other dogs, does well with cats, and is gentle with children. Meet Callie, a darling beagle mix who just turned two while riding the transport from Bowling Green, Kentucky to her foster family's home in Doylestown. She is a beautiful golden color with a darker muzzle and soulful eyes. The first word that pops into her foster family's mind when describing Callie is DELIGHTFUL! But so many other words fit: adorable, enjoyable, comforting. After her foster Mom's procedure at the hospital, Callie spent the entire afternoon sitting on her lap--she seemed to know some cuddling would be appreciated. Callie weighs 35 pounds, is crate-trained, is putting the final touches on her house-training,is micro-chipped, spayed, and up-to-date on all her vaccinations. Callie loves her walks and gets along great with the resident dogs in her foster home, but she would be fine as a solo dog, too. Watching her pull toys from the bin is such a hoot--it is funny to see a dog her size grab the biggest toys she can find.
