He forgets how large he is and tries to climb in his foster mom’s lap. He thrives on attention and would make someone a great companion. Diego is guessed to be around 4 years old. Story

I was fostering him from a kill shelter. He is very sweet to me. He slept with me in my bed, follows me, etc. He play fights with my dogs. However, he hurt one of my cats badly and killed another. He would be best in a home alone, or maybe another dog. The vet he saw at the shelter said he didn’t do well with men, but he seems to be ok from what I’ve seen. No guarantees. Unknown about kids.

This beautiful girl, Zuzu, is the mom to Sadie-J, Gus, Daisy, Teddy, Sky and Jazmin. They were all found abandoned at a landfill in Texas. Zuzu has taken her role as a parent seriously and has been a wonderfully patient and protective mother to not only her own puppies, but also to a few other motherless puppies that are staying at the same foster home. Our best guess is that she is around 3 years old. She stands about 18-20" at the shoulder in height. According to her foster, she shows several signs (like chattering her teeth when she gets excited) of having some Belgian Malinois in her mix. Not only is she a great mother, but she is also a very sweet and friendly dog. She loves attention and listens well. She has just been at her fosters for a short period of time but she already gets excited when she hears their car approach and she will come when called. It is important to note that she is athletic and can climb a fence to get out of an enclosed area. She is friendly with other dogs. Help us find this great girl a new home, and apply to adopt her! Personality: friendly, affectionate, listens well Good with: people, and dogs. Has not been around young children or cats yet. Kira is a female, mixed breed dog who was picked up as a stray in TX. She may be a Belgian Shepherd Malinois mix based on her appearance. She appears to be young and medium sized. She is friendly with people and other dogs. She is currently located in a kill shelter in Texas and will be euthanized to make space unless she is adopted before her timestamp is up. Kato is trained in over 20+ English commands. He is scent detection trained (live human scent & article detection). He loves training & outdoors. Kato would do best in a quiet home without a lot of foot traffic. He is silly, protective and a love bug once you gain his trust. Kato comes from the Big Roy lineage. He would do great in a dog sport home. He has super high toy and food drive. I have trained him in all foundational commands for sport and obedience. He loves swimming, the car window & golf balls At a young age, he was sent to a trainer who abused the e-collar on him. Since then, Kato has a deep fear of e-collars, e-scooters, and fireworks. He has a bite history and anxious tendencies following the trainer but no recent incident. Will speak more with qualified parties. I am rehoming because of life style changes that demand more of my time, taking away what I can provide for him. He is my best and greatest friend and deserves to live out his potential. He is my soul dog.

Story

We rescued Trooper about a year and a half ago in July of 2024. His previous owner had to re-home him due to work relocation and could not bring him. Trooper took time to get adjusted to the new home. It was stressful for us as he was not eating, constantly urinating in the house, and going through the garbage. Those problems were solved within a few weeks. He is much easier to be around women than men. He is great with me but he definitely has more of an attachment to my fiance. We recently had a baby and Trooper has had jealousy issues when it comes to her holding the baby. He is not showing aggression, but he's become worked up and will try to bump the baby from her arms and its become a risk we are not willing to take. We have an 11 and 15 year old in the house which he is fine with. He butts heads with the cat as well, playfully. He needs owner who can provide training and the attention he deserves. He is playful and energetic.
