This handsome fellow is Theo, a Belgian Shepherd that came in as a stray on 3/27 to the Mesquite Animal Shelter. Precious boy is approximately 4 years old, neutered and weighs 80 pounds. He knows the paw and sit commands, and he enjoyed climbing on our play equipment in the yard to show off his athletic abilities. Theo walks quite nicely on a leash and did his business outside. He has a chill personality, is well behaved, calm, and is a gentle boy. He sits for treats which he takes nicely. He likes to stay close to a human friend and was perfectly fine with receiving pets and loving attention. This precious boy is so deserving as of a second chance in getting a home in which he will be nicely cared for, and in which his people will stay committed to him.

I'm pretty good on the leash or so my owner says, harness works great and I look so pretty wearing one! My owner says I need a bit more training as I still like to jump when excited, she says not everyone likes that. But, I know to go to bed in my crate, I know to go outside when I need to, I know sit (though if excited I forget), I know off, back up, and no. Honestly I just want to play and snuggle with my people all day! My owner is willing to travel to my new home!
