Story
My Granddaughter left him behind and unfortunately I can't care for him. Bruce is a Great Dog, he loves to cuddle, play he is definitely family dog he loves people and kids. The only problem he has is that he love to jump he is a little hyper, I'm sure it will stop the more he gets older. Myself if I was younger I wouldn't be writing this I'm going on 70 years old and my Husband has Parkinson's Disease, we just can't care for him. Just so you know he is a Pit-Boxers he's a nice looking puppy. All I can say who ever take him are getting a Great Puppy Dog.

Story
Coco is a very sweet girl. She is about 9 months old. She is up to date on all of her vaccines, has a microchip, and she is spayed. Potty trained and crate trained while I’m at work during the day. Good with other dogs and kids. She is very happy and active. Her personality is so fun, she’s a goofball that loves chasing her tail. I’m re-locating and can’t take her with me. So I’m trying to find her a good home :)

Story
Hello there! My name is Manny/Chip! I am the most handsomest Boxer/Lab mix ever!! And my personality is just as attractive! I was given a chance at a new life when Artemis pulled me from the pound – they were going to euthanize me, can you believe it?!?! Well, now I’m safe… and full of hope as I anxiously await that loving family that is out there for me. A little about me: * I was born around 9/04/21 * I weigh about 55lbs * I’m already neutered * I’m heartworm negative and UTD on vaccines and preventatives! * I LOVE playing ball and getting belly rubs. * Hanging out with my person is my most favorite thing * I promise – I would make you a GREAT canine buddy!! Please give me a chance to win your heart and become your best friend forever! I really need to find my new family… that very well may be you! Currently this sweet baby is with our rescue, The Artemis Project, in Arkansas. We DO, however, transport monthly to the metro Detroit area of MI. Because we’re able to transport, we ARE able to accept adoption applications directly from residents of MI. Why do we transport? Because animal overpopulation is severe in our region, and stray and unwanted dogs have very little chance of finding a home here. These babies are, however, at a high risk of being neglected, abused, abandoned, euthanized or even shot (it’s “the way things are done” for some people down here). YOU are truly one of the only safe and happy endings for the lucky ones we are able to rescue. Upon approval of your adoption application, we will then transport your new furbaby to you in the metro Detroit area for just a small travel expense fee of $50 in addition to the adoption fee. MICHIGAN RESIDENTS—>PLEASE CLICK THE LINK BELOW TO FILL OUT THE ADOPTION APPLICATION: https://new.shelterluv.com/form/other/TAP/2450-michigan-adoption Before we can change your new furbaby’s status from "adoptable" to "adoption pending," the $50 transport fee must be paid to secure the adoption. At that time, we will stop accepting applications. The entire adoption fee must be paid prior to the transport in order to ensure your new baby has a spot on the transport. Thank you SO MUCH for giving a homeless Arkansas pup a chance at a real life with a family of their very own!

Story
Medusa would love to be the QUEEN BEE and be appreciated for the alpha she is. She is an American Bully which is a new designer breed (mislabeled English Bulldog, Pittie, Pocketpittie, MicroBully). She is guessed to be 4 years old and around 45 lbs. Short and stocky, she is a healthy and easy dog to care for unlike the other bully breeds. Medusa can be bossy and demanding of attention, jealous when humans talk to the other dogs in her foster home. She is fostered with small and big dogs, but requires correction and supervision to avoid a 'girl fight' She would do best as an only dog to keep the peace and let her enjoy a family. Spayed, microchipped, vaccinated and heartworm treated/on prevention - she is READY for Adoption FOSTERED IN TEXAS. *Adoption Fee includes fee by van transport to PNW, Midwest or NY-NJ-CT-VA-VT states by pet transport partners. The setback caused jealousy behaviors which we are working on. Medusa sleeps in a crate when her foster family is not home, at night, she shares a pillow and snuggles in the human bed. If you’re looking for a loyal companion with a big heart, Pretzel is your guy! Pretzel is crate trained, walks nicely on a leash and enjoys playtime with other dogs. He has participated in rescue events in Houston, enjoying meeting new people and kids. He gets overlooked, for being another black and white pittie mix? FOSTERED IN TEXAS. *Adoption Fee ($550.00) includes transport options to PNW (WA, UT, ID), Midwest (MN, WI, MI, OH, IL, IN) or select New England States (NY-NJ-CT-VA-VT) by pet transport partners. Story
Luna is a 4-year-old, 65-lb pittie/lab/herding mix who is incredibly sweet and loving with her people. We have had her since she was 10 weeks old and want to find the right home where both Luna and her new family can thrive.Luna needs a quiet, calm, adult-only home with few visitors. We think a home with some land or on a quiet road would be ideal. She has anxiety and will need owners who are willing to work with her on this if stressful interactions are expected.Luna's strengths: Very sweet, no bite history, good with dogs, lives with a cat, can be left loose in the house, no significant health issues, no thunder/firework phobia, and has experience with an electric fence.Things to know: She is not a candidate for daycare, does not do well with busy environments/frequent visitors, and vet visits are stressful for her.Luna is a wonderful dog who needs the right environment and patient, committed owners. Our priority is finding that perfect fit for her.
