*Can go to my forever home on 9/3* 🕷️💗 Hi, I'm MJ. 💗🕷️ I’m a 10-week-old Boxer/Bully mix, and I’m one seriously sweet girl. I came into rescue with my siblings after my family could no longer care for me, and now I’m ready to find my forever person. I’m confident, friendly, and pretty much convinced that everyone I meet is my new best friend. I’m great with kids, cats, and dogs, and I LOVE playing and wrestling with my brother and my big foster brother. Once playtime is over, though, I’m all about snuggles. ❤️ I’ve discovered that my foster home has some very suspicious equipment… specifically, the vacuum. 🧹😳 I’m not saying it’s my arch-nemesis, but I am saying I bark at it to show it who’s boss. A girl has to protect her territory, right? I’m also doing great at sleeping through the night and making good progress with my potty training. Basically, I’m already pretty awesome. 🐾 Now I just need my Peter Parker… or really, anyone who wants a beautiful, playful, cuddly girl to join their family forever. 🥰 So… what do you say? Submit an application and come meet me. I’ll bring the puppy kisses. You bring the forever home. 🕷️❤️ Adoption fee: $400 (includes age appropriate vaccinations, spay, microchip, and fecal testing) Adoption application: https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/HPH/Dog

***Can go to my forever home on 9/3*** 🐾💕 Meet the sweetest, snuggliest boy in town! 💕🐾 Hi, I’m Ned! I’m an adorable 10-week-old Boxer/Bully mix with the softest heart and a tail that never, ever stops wagging. I greet everyone like they’re the best thing that’s ever happened to me—because to me, they are! ❤️ I was surrendered to rescue with my siblings after my family could no longer care for us. Now I’m safe in foster care, soaking up every bit of love I can get, and giving just as much right back. I’m affectionate, gentle, and great with kids, cats, and other dogs. 🐶🐱👧 My daily routine is basically one big love-fest: a little playtime, a little naptime, and endless puppy kisses in between. If you sit down, I will find my way into your lap. If you’re near me, I will find a way to be closer. 😴💋 I sleep wonderfully through the night and I’m doing great with my potty training. My foster home has been amazing, but what I really want is a lap to curl up in every single day and a family to shower with love forever. 🐾❤️ If you’re ready for a lifetime of tail wags and kisses, please fill out an adoption application! I promise to love you with my whole heart, from day one. 💕🐾 Adoption fee: $400 (includes age appropriate vaccinations, neuter, microchip, and fecal testing) Adoption application: https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/HPH/Dog

*Can go to my forever home on 9/3* 🕷️🕸️ Your friendly neighborhood puppy is looking for his forever home! 🕸️🕷️ Hi, I’m Peter Parker! I may not be swinging through the city just yet, but I am an adorable 10-week-old Boxer/Bully mix with a superpower for stealing hearts. ❤️ I was surrendered to rescue with my siblings after my family could no longer care for us. Now I’m safe in foster care and loving life! I’m friendly, social, and great with kids, cats, and other dogs. 🐶🐱👧 My daily routine is pretty heroic: a little playtime, a little naptime, and plenty of puppy adventures. 😴💥 I’m a bit cautious about new things, though—especially weird noises. My foster mom says I’m a total chicken sometimes! 🐔😂 I sleep wonderfully through the night and I’m doing great with my potty training. My foster home has been amazing, but I’m ready to find my forever family and start the next chapter of my story. 🕷️❤️ If you think I could be your perfect sidekick, please fill out an adoption application! Story
Hello there! My name is Manny/Chip! I am the most handsomest Boxer/Lab mix ever!! And my personality is just as attractive! I was given a chance at a new life when Artemis pulled me from the pound – they were going to euthanize me, can you believe it?!?! Well, now I’m safe… and full of hope as I anxiously await that loving family that is out there for me. A little about me: * I was born around 9/04/21 * I weigh about 55lbs * I’m already neutered * I’m heartworm negative and UTD on vaccines and preventatives! * I LOVE playing ball and getting belly rubs. * Hanging out with my person is my most favorite thing * I promise – I would make you a GREAT canine buddy!! Please give me a chance to win your heart and become your best friend forever! I really need to find my new family… that very well may be you! Currently this sweet baby is with our rescue, The Artemis Project, in Arkansas. We DO, however, transport monthly to the metro Detroit area of MI. Because we’re able to transport, we ARE able to accept adoption applications directly from residents of MI. Why do we transport? Because animal overpopulation is severe in our region, and stray and unwanted dogs have very little chance of finding a home here. These babies are, however, at a high risk of being neglected, abused, abandoned, euthanized or even shot (it’s “the way things are done” for some people down here). YOU are truly one of the only safe and happy endings for the lucky ones we are able to rescue. Upon approval of your adoption application, we will then transport your new furbaby to you in the metro Detroit area for just a small travel expense fee of $50 in addition to the adoption fee. MICHIGAN RESIDENTS—>PLEASE CLICK THE LINK BELOW TO FILL OUT THE ADOPTION APPLICATION: https://new.shelterluv.com/form/other/TAP/2450-michigan-adoption Before we can change your new furbaby’s status from "adoptable" to "adoption pending," the $50 transport fee must be paid to secure the adoption. At that time, we will stop accepting applications. The entire adoption fee must be paid prior to the transport in order to ensure your new baby has a spot on the transport. Thank you SO MUCH for giving a homeless Arkansas pup a chance at a real life with a family of their very own!

Story
Paddy is a boxer/terrier mix (est DOB 10/30/22) who weighs ~50 lbs, is fully vetted, heartworm negative, neutered, and current on all preventatives — translation: fully ready for his forever home. He came to Artemis with a little “swagger step.” A vet confirmed it’s from an old, un-treated fracture that healed wrong. Sad human decision in his past — but the cool part? Paddy turned it into his signature move. He’s not “handicapped.” He’s handi-capable. He just walks like he’s got rhythm. And it doesn’t slow him down one bit. Paddy is the friendliest lil cookie — super dog social, gentle, and respectful. He even naturally submits to dominant dogs. He’s the kind of dog who tries to get along with everyone. Paddy is eagerly waiting for his forever family… a soft couch… and a human or two who will finally choose him on purpose. Could that be you?
