My Granddaughter left him behind and unfortunately I can't care for him. Bruce is a Great Dog, he loves to cuddle, play he is definitely family dog he loves people and kids. The only problem he has is that he love to jump he is a little hyper, I'm sure it will stop the more he gets older. Myself if I was younger I wouldn't be writing this I'm going on 70 years old and my Husband has Parkinson's Disease, we just can't care for him. Just so you know he is a Pit-Boxers he's a nice looking puppy. All I can say who ever take him are getting a Great Puppy Dog.

Coco is a very sweet girl. She is about 9 months old. She is up to date on all of her vaccines, has a microchip, and she is spayed. Potty trained and crate trained while I’m at work during the day. Good with other dogs and kids. She is very happy and active. Her personality is so fun, she’s a goofball that loves chasing her tail. I’m re-locating and can’t take her with me. So I’m trying to find her a good home :)

Citrus was living alone in an abandoned house with no doors or windows. We trapped her, and she got very upset. Citrus was growling for many many days, and did not allow any handling. She finally came around to trust us, and is now a loving sweetheart. Citrus wants an understanding foster-to-adopt home, who wants to baby her. She is estimated to be 2-4 years old, and a mix between English Bulldog and Boxer. Citrus has a classic cautious and disapproving yet personable English Bulldog personality, and the silly play style of a Boxer. We are looking for a household without children for Citrus. Leashed walks are fine, she does not require a fenced in yard. Citrus has dog friends at the shelter - but incorporating her into a home dynamic with other dogs will take weeks. Coco A18723949 lb. spayed female, approx 3 years old -This sweet girl may take a moment to warm up, but a few snacks were all it took to win her over! She was a little unsure about the leash at first, but once she sniffed me out and accepted a treat, she was easy to loop and came out nicely. She walks at a slow, steady pace and seems to really enjoy taking her time.-In the yard, her favorite place was right beside me. She’s a gentle, somewhat timid girl who can be a little head shy. She has an eye that appears to have limited vision, so quick movements around her face can make her flinch. She is receiving treatment for it, and hopefully with some time, drops and medication, she’ll feel more comfortable.-She’s very treat motivated, knows how to sit, and takes treats beautifully. Toys? Not her thing! She’d much rather focus on her two favorite things: snacks and snuggles. She even gives the sweetest little kisses.-She’s a low-key, low-energy girl who seems happiest simply being close to her person. If you’re looking for a gentle companion who would be perfectly content curled up beside you, this little lady may be your girl!-Seems non reactive to dogs nearby and may do well living with a fur sibling after slow and proper intros Unknown behavior with dogs/cats/kids•Meet all of our adoptable pets on our website friendsofdacc.org/adopt •Please keep in mind that the shelter can be a very stressful environment. •Studies show that a minimum of 3 days decompression drastically lower stress hormones and allow the dog to show more personality after they have settled in. •There is a suggested donation of $100 for our dogs, payable by cash, check or through paypal at the time of the adoption. •To meet them please go to front door and a DACC staff member will assist you with adoption or fostering. **And when coming to meet one of our dogs, please bring all the humans with you, but leave any current dogs at home. Jackson is 2-3 years old and weighs approximately 70 lbs. He is crate trained, housebroken and currently learning to walk on a leash. He came to us after being hit by a car, but after hip and shoulder surgery, he is healed up 100% and enjoys being active. He also loves a good afternoon nap. Jackson is very friendly and loves being with his people. He has been around cats but has not been introduced to any dogs yet, although he gets happy and excited when the neighbor dogs come out. Sometimes he'll even sit by the fence waiting for them to come out and &#194&#147play&#194&#148 Jackson still exhibits a few puppy behaviors so having toys to chew and play with will be good for him. He's not opposed to a slipper or loose sock here and there ? He is a really funny dog. He will do best in a home with older kids or just adults as closing all doors and gates is a must. If inadvertently given the opportunity to go on an adventure, he'll use that open door or gate and have a night on the town! He is neutered now so that may subside somewhat. We are working on not jumping and general manners but Jackson is a really happy and friendly guy who will make a fun addition to the family.**All Shelter to Home animals are fully vetted per their age. We believe in pediatric spay and neuter. All animals will be spayed or neutered, tested for FIV/FeLV or heartworm, given age-appropriate boosters and rabies, dewormed, flea treated, and anything extra that is needed to give this animal a wonderful forever life in a permanent home. Adoption fees are usually $50 for cats and between $150-$250 for dogs, unless the pet is sponsored or we are running a promotion.
