He sometimes pulls on the leash but with a little training and patience this can easily be corrected. Louie's love for food makes him the ideal candidate for training sessions, as he eagerly responds to treats and positive reinforcement. Louie's affectionate nature shines through, making him a wonderful companion for those willing to provide him with guidance and love. His feelings towards other dogs and cats are situational. With proper introductions and socialization, Louie could make furry friends for life. She goes by Roxy, Rox, or her favorite, ROXER! We took her in Xmas eve last minute, from her owner of 10+ years, who was going to put her down if he didn’t find a home due to “not having time for her anymore.” She is 13/14 years old. Boxer mix. She has a growth on her leg that her prev owner said was non cancerous and didn’t need to be removed, but it affects her walking to where she has a limp. She is such a sweet girl and would do good in a home w older or less hyper dogs. Or at least trained dogs! she just needs a good home! She’s still playful and very energetic! She enjoys lots of cuddles! Grew up around kids, dogs, and cats! ? She is also spayed and housebroken! She loves loves loves lots of cookies (aka dog treats haha). Located in Saginaw MI Please help me find this girl a great forever home.
