My foster mom says that I couldn't hurt a fly. I am such a loving, gentle, snuggly soul. Although I am 7 years old, I believe that I am 7 years young. I love to meet new people, go on adventures, go on walks, and just spend all my time with people. I have been around all kinds of people, from kids to adults and I love them all. I have also been around dogs and cats, and like them too. I really am just a lovebug and as my foster mom also says: I am petite and sweet. I have been at RUFF for quite some time as I was undergoing treatment for heart-worms, but I am happy to say that the treatment is over, and I am now heart-worm negative! I still need to be neutered, but this can't happen until August, as we have to wait so many months after the treatment was finished to do the surgery. This does not stop me from being adopted as I am still able to go home with you under the foster-to-adopt program that RUFF has. If you are interested in adding such a chill, laid-back, lover of car rides, complete love bug to your family, I'm your guy! JoJo is a fawn colored, two year old, sweet girl. She had a litter of puppies and now that they have all been adopted, it is her turn. She was a great mama and deserves a great forever home. JoJo is very active and she goes on 3 walks daily. She will literally dance and tap her nails with a smile waiting for a walk. She rushes to the door and sits for her leash. She listens very well to commands. Her foster human brother introduced her to his skateboard and JoJo will run alongside on her leash and has started pulling him as well. JoJo loves affection. She readily waits to be pet and will hold her head up to have her neck rubbed. If she needs more love, JoJo will come up and stand in front of you and put her head against you asking for more rubs. She loves car rides. She is crate and potty trained. Due to her size older children will be best. Are you interested in adopting this dog or another JCAPL pet you have seen? I am a really good dog who loves to be loved! I like to relax but will play if you want. I don’t demand a lot except for dinner and maybe some treats. I love to chew on bones and will do anything for food. There isn’t a toy I haven’t chewed through but otherwise I’m a sweetie. I love kids and other dogs, and get along with everyone. I am used to being in a house with all sorts of animals, even a pig! I occasionally bark when I see something I’m curious about or to protect my house and humans. My family has to move and I can’t tag along because I won’t have the space or room to run like I deserve. They adopted me when I was 8 weeks old. My mom wants to find someone to love me in my older years and hopefully that person is you!
