Lydia weighs just under 60 pounds. Lydia loves people of all ages and is always ready to make new friends. Whether she’s at the vet or out at an event, she’s a social butterfly who wins hearts everywhere she goes. She’ll sit patiently for pets and might let out a soft little whimper if she thinks she’s being ignored — she just loves attention that much! Lydia gets along well with the male dogs she’s met and the puppies in her foster home. She can be selective with female dogs, and her reaction to cats is unknown. She’s both crate trained and housebroken, making her an easy addition to your home routine. Before joining Rescue330, Lydia was living outside in West Virginia. Thanks to some kind rescuers, she’s now safe, loved, and ready for her forever home. She’s received excellent veterinary care, including being spayed and having some masses removed. She has been happy to greet all house guests and is unreactive to other dogs we've passed, playing well with our dog. Fuji is fully crate and house trained, this pup has very good manners and maintains a regular nap schedule. Her favorite place to be is with her people. She has learned all the basic tricks and is food motivated, so it will be easy to continue her training. This is Odie, an energetic goofball. he turned a year old at the end of November but is on the smaller side at about 35/40 pounds and fully grown. He has been around a few other dogs and did fine. There is an outside cat that comes around, and he doesn't seem to mind her. He LOVES to snuggle. He is a boxer mix, so he definitely has the silly boxer quirks. He does have a little separation anxiety and isn't a huge fan of crates. Our hours at work are extremely long now and unfortunately Odie doesn't get out as much as we'd like and doesn't get the attention he desperately wants. Odie likes to play outside and run around. He does well on a leash and loves walks. He knows basic commands and will wait to eat until he is told he is allowed. He would love a family that is active and one that keeps snacks for him close by. He is neutered and up to date on all his vaccinations. We love this sweet boy and want to find a more consistent home

When he first arrived, he was understandably frightened — but with the help of a calm, confident dog friend, he’s come beautifully out of his shell. What we’re seeing now is a gentle, thoughtful, and very kind puppy. We believe he may be a Mountain Cur / Catahoula mix — a combination known for intelligence, loyalty, and strong bonds with their people. These are dogs bred to be partners: steady, observant, and deeply connected to those they trust. Despite his unsure start, this little guy has shown a truly lovely temperament. He is exceptionally gentle, especially with two younger puppies he’s currently staying with. He reads other dogs well, adjusts his energy, and shows a natural kindness that you don’t see in every puppy. He’s not a loud or pushy pup — he’s more of a quiet observer, the kind who watches first, then leans in once he feels safe. With a little patience and continued positive experiences, he’s going to grow into a wonderful companion: loyal, emotionally steady, and devoted to his person. This boy will do best with someone who appreciates a dog with a mind and a heart — someone who understands that confidence grows through trust, not force.
