Like many thoughtful dogs, Paxton can take a little time to warm up to new people, but once he does, his sweet and affectionate personality shines through. It doesn’t take long at all for him to relax and show just how loving and loyal he is. Paxton is off-leash trained using a remote collar and does beautifully with structure and guidance. He’s house trained, happily crates (his crate is his safe space), and settles well in the home. He’s the kind of dog who thrives on routine but also knows how to relax and just be near his people. Thanks to the dedicated care of our medical team, his needs have been well managed, and he has recovered wonderfully from a necessary surgical procedure. Now, Bipsey is ready for the most important step in his journey: finding a patient forever home where he can relax, learn, and experience what it truly means to just be a beloved family pet.Don`t let his medical history fool you; while he does have some minor physical limitations, Bipsey is still a playful, social pup who can easily hold his own! His ideal home will include children aged 9 and older who can understand and respect his physical boundaries. When socializing with other animals, he tends to do best with dogs his size or larger, needs a home without cats, and is a fantastic car companion who rides beautifully. Patsy is also a silly, spunky, and playful gal who is full of life and entertaining charm. She enjoys her walks and play time. Patsy has also been playfully social with other dogs and she has a fun time wiggling around the yards with a favorite toy (and showing off her buns!) She's a great sport for trying out all sorts of new activities and adventures, and her earnestly enthusiastic, clumsy approach to life is sure to bring a smile to your face. When she's excited, she can get a little jumpy and exuberant and with this and her size, she would do best in a home with older kids and adults. It doesn't take her too much activity before she's ready to settle back down and snuggle. Patsy is also a smarty who knows sit and down, and she listens well. Looking for a furry friend for your kiddos? Luna may just be that friend! Luna thinks she is one of the kids. She hangs out with the kids, playing dress up, napping together, or just chill while the kids do their thing. She loves it if the kids switch things up and play fetch with her. She brings the ball back 😊 She is happy to show off her athleticism if the occasion calls for it. She’ll entertain herself with a toy or a chewbone if the kids want to do their own thing. She loves their companionship. She likes them even better if they drop crumbs or food on the floor :) Once, at a park, Luna stood in between an unsuspecting child and an unfriendly dog and gently guided the child out of harm's way of the unfriendly dog. Luna also has a knack for socks. She is a pro at stealing socks, but only to lay in them. If you are missing a sock, it is most likely in her crate. Luna loves car rides. She’ll be over the moon if she can pick up the kids from school with you. Luna is good with dogs too but certainly prefers her little humans 😊 Luna does not chime in if dogs bark at her on a walk. She carries on her walk quietly. Loud noises, random chaotic movements do not bother her. Although Luna is neutral to dogs, she prefers to be the only dog due to a previous unprovoked attack by another dog. Luna is 5 years old, 55lb Staffy. She is looking for a family with kids she can hang out with. Luna is house and crate trained.
