Meet  Matcha Age: estimated around 1-2 years old.   Weight: 40 lbs. Breed: boxer mix.  This sweet girl was found abandoned in a car with another dog and was dangerously underweight. Luckily, she was found, gained some weight and she’s now learning what a good life looks like.  Even with her rough start to life she’s still a very happy, loving, carefree pup. Matcha loves playing with other dogs and snuggling on the couch. She’s obsessed with toys, anything with a squeaker (or that she can destroy) is her favorite.  She doesn’t love the vet and can sometimes be a little unsure of new people but once she’s claimed you as her person say goodbye to personal space. Matcha is also crate trained and potty trained but she thinks baby gates are her own personal hurdles to jump.  Matcha would probably do best in a home with older children due to some of her puppy tendencies and another dog would be great but isn’t required. If you feel capable of giving Matcha a fraction of the love she’ll give you, please fill out an application to meet this sweet girl so she can finally have a loving family of her own. Meet Lydia!This 7-year-old boxer mix is the perfect blend of wiggles, smiles, and sweetness! Lydia has all the classic boxer charm — she’s friendly, affectionate, and full of happy energy. Lydia weighs just under 60 pounds. Lydia loves people of all ages and is always ready to make new friends. Whether she’s at the vet or out at an event, she’s a social butterfly who wins hearts everywhere she goes. She’ll sit patiently for pets and might let out a soft little whimper if she thinks she’s being ignored — she just loves attention that much! Lydia gets along well with the male dogs she’s met and the puppies in her foster home. She can be selective with female dogs, and her reaction to cats is unknown. She’s both crate trained and housebroken, making her an easy addition to your home routine. Before joining Rescue330, Lydia was living outside in West Virginia.
