Gus is an adorable and affectionate Boxer mix who is eager to find his forever home.  He has turned out to be THE best boy and is loved by everyone that meets him!   He is an intelligent dog who is good with other dogs and is loyal to those around him. This handsome boy has been fully vaccinated, neutered, microchipped, and tested Negative for heartworms!!   He was about 62 pounds when rescued from the streets, and he is still thin.  We believe he is approximately 2 years old, maybe less.  He sometimes still urinates like a puppy and he's so curious about Everything... sneaks up on anything unfamiliar.  It's so cute to watch! Gus is house-trained and he knows 'sit.'  He takes treats very gently from your hand and will give you big kisses in return.  He's playful, but will chill with you on the couch, too ! Max is loving, a typical boxer needs a lot of attention and lots of exercise. He loves his naps and is kennel trained. He is used to a doggy door but will vocalize to be let out. He's a beautiful dog and a great protector.
