Goose was born in an animal shelter, and lived there for the first 7 months of his life. Goose is a very friendly and cuddly dog who loves to run. He is good with other dogs that he has a proper introduction to, and loves to play with them. He does have a rougher playing style, so he does best playing with a dog close to his size. He is good with children, and has not been tested around cats, but we believe because of his sweet demeanor he would be fine with a cat. Goose would do best in a home with a yard where he can run and expend his energy. He would also be best in a home with older children. He has never shown any signs of aggression towards people.

Gus is an adorable and affectionate Boxer mix who is eager to find his forever home.  He has turned out to be THE best boy and is loved by everyone that meets him!   He is an intelligent dog who is good with other dogs and is loyal to those around him. This handsome boy has been fully vaccinated, neutered, microchipped, and tested Negative for heartworms!!   He was about 62 pounds when rescued from the streets, and he is still thin.  We believe he is approximately 2 years old, maybe less.  He sometimes still urinates like a puppy and he's so curious about Everything... sneaks up on anything unfamiliar.  It's so cute to watch! Gus is house-trained and he knows 'sit.'  He takes treats very gently from your hand and will give you big kisses in return.  He's playful, but will chill with you on the couch, too ! Ms. Stormy has been with us for over a year now- but nothing has dampened this black diamond's spirit. We fear that Ms. Stormy is overlooked because of "black dog syndrome" a phenomenon that is quiet common in shelters. People aren't able to see the sweetness of her features because of her shiny black coat - Ms. Stormy is just as special as any other pup with different colors and despite the fact we are in the year 2025 - people are still apprehensive and superstitious about animals with black coats. Ms. Stormy is someone that will love without apprehension- that wants every stranger to be her friend. She does well with a harness more so than a leash and loves to point things out before you see them. A squirrel about ten feet away? She's there! Stormy is close to our hearts because no matter what - she always has a smile! She loves the outdoors and makes sure she uses the potty away from her food and makes it count when she's outdoors. We think in her past she was probably a daddy's girl :). She's very snuggly when it comes to males.

He was picked up as a stray that I rehomed. He was very shy and wouldn't the me touch him but was great with others. He's very sweet and loving, he's decided that I need puppy play and is knocking me around gut punches are pretty painful I'm very unsteady on my feet so he knocks me down which caused two broken arms in the last few months. Haven't been able to get him into the car because of this.

We call him Skoog as it the Swedish word for forest and every time he sees a trail or patch of woods he wants to run and explore. He learning to a be a gentleman with strangers even though he is overwhelmed with joy at the idea of licking a new face! He knows sit and might give you some paw - but one thing he will always give to you in abundance is his love and attention. Skoog has been with us for nearly two years- but NOTHING has brought this pup's spirit down. Please be patient as he's picked up a few quirks- but what is certain is that this dog wants to LOVE and be loved.
