Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet Delaney, This beautiful white boxer girl is as sweet as she looks!  Delaney is a snuggly, affectionate sweetheart who loves nothing more than curling up close to her people.  She's potty trained, kenneled trained, and knows a few great manners like come, sit, and kennel.  She's also very food motivated - delicious treats are the key to her heart! Delaney has a few fun quirks that make her extra special.  When she finishes her meal, she lets everyone know by flipping her bowl over - her charming way of saying "all done!"  She isn't a big fan of the cold weather so a cozy blanket or a warm sweater makes her extra happy.  She gives the best boxer hugs and kisses, and she pulls a bit when she's excited, but her foster plans to try to harness to help her feel more comfortable and confident on walks.  She's also a total champ about taking her meds, especially when they're wrapped in a delicious treat. If you are looking for a loving companion who will shower you with affection and keep you smiling with her adorable habits, Delaney might just be your perfect match.   We transport our dogs up North and out of Texas. You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Hello I'm Kaya, I love to be with my people.  I love my squeaky toys so much.  I chew them up so you will have to watch me.  I get nervous when I meet other dogs so please go slow with me.  My foster Mama said I am a happy dog, and I do feel happy. I love car and truck rides.  I listen to verbal commands and most of the time I do what my foster Mama is asking.  I do settle easily.  I OK with my crate when foster Mama is gone.  I am known to be a talker.  I also love the pup cups my foster mama gives me.  If you are looking for a Valentine Sweetheart pick me!  I'd love to be with my furever family for Valentine's Day! Story
Zane is a total heartthrob with a personality as bright as his smile! This 3-year-old boy is the full package — sweet, affectionate, calm and full of love! Whether he’s goofing around with his friends, soaking up attention, or showing off his happy tail wags, Zane is pure sunshine in dog form. ☀️ Zane was brought to a high kill Houston shelter as a stray alongside his buddy Rascal and the two have been nothing short of amazing together. Their sweet and loving disposition bought them a ticket to life and they were rescued. Zane and Rascal can be adopted together or separately. Either way, this handsome boy is so ready to bring endless fun and affection to a lucky forever home. Zane is about 3 years old, and currently weighs 63 lb. He is neutered, microchipped, fully vaccinated, heartworm negative, and kept on heartworm and flea preventative. He is currently being fostered in Houston but can travel to any state, even Canada to the right home. To meet this amazing pup via facetime or whatsapp or other video chat apps, please send a completed application via www.savesomesouls.com His adoption fee includes all vetting (DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter surgery and recovery, heartworm and flea prevention), a microchip with free lifetime registration, a high quality nylon Martingale collar, Harness and Transport Fee to several states in the United States. Yards MUST BE adequately and fully fenced to adopt our pups. We do not accept electric or underground fences. Our dogs are fully assessed by foster parents, vets and behaviorists, as well as videos and video chats are available to observe their manners in public. We are extremely transparent and like to share everything negative and positive with the adopters, to ensure it's a good fit and they are not returned to us, as the trips are very stressful on them. Houston is home to million strays, many who are abandoned, many born on the streets, many who escaped while living in the yard, which is common in Texas. Since our rescue does not get grants that shelters get, we use adoption fee to help the pups and kitties in our care. Your adoption fee goes towards vetting and feeding our long term and permanent fosters, and unadoptable pups, as well as towards the monthly care and preventatives etc of our pets. By adopting one pup from our rescue, you make room for another dog to be rescued our high kill shelter, thus becoming an integral part of our mission to save as many unfortunate dogs off the streets and shelters as possible. So Thank you for choosing to rescue, and not go to a breeder.

Story
Big Shot is a 3 yo pittie mix, who will do great in a home with a fully fenced yard. Big loves people and will rollover for pets when he meets a new animal lover. He is obsessed about his kong toy, and does not go anywhere without it. Big Shot was rescued from a high kill shelter, where he was a staff favorite. He loves to play fetch, and loves to take instruction. He is very trainable. Due to his breed, we would prefer he goes to a home without young children. Big is 3 year old, and weighs around 55 lb. He is current on vaccination, neutered, and microchipped, He is heartworm negative and kept on heartworm and flea preventative. Big loves to be petted and is very velcro. He loves to follow his person around, and mind his own business. Big is being fostered in Texas, but can travel to many states and even Canada to the right home. His adoption fee includes his transport fee. Yards must be fully and adequately fenced, to be considered for our pups. We do not accept electric or underground fences. Please send a completed application via www.savesomesouls.com so you could be approved to meet this gorgeous pup via facetime or whatsapp or other video chats.
