Great semi energetic snuggly little boy!! Please contact us to submit an application directly at Kzyrnr17@yahoo.com or info@dogdiggityrescue.com or  https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/HTX/Exotic/Other Rubble is a 6 mos old  (DOB 8 Feb 2023) 40 lb Boxer/Retriever mix.  He will be a medium to large dog as an adult.  Rubble, his mom (45 lb) and littermates were found running down access road of a highway when they were 5 weeks old.  Everyone in litter and mom died of Distemper (due to owner not giving them shots).  Rubble is the sole survivor.  He will be special needs throughout his life.  He is a very special puppy that has tons of love to give and loves all humans, children, playing with other polite /low energy dogs, playing with toys and visiting with volunteers/staff getting chicken /treats. Did we say he LOVES his humans?  When he plays and does his walk abouts you do not see any affects of distemper.  He is crate trained, walks on a leash and loves car rides.  He will benefit from some continued obediance training and public socialization with new environmental objects.  He will play, then will hang out on the couch or your lap.  He requires an owned home with a securely fenced yard in a colder climate as the hot TX temperature is not conducive to his health.   He is looking for a special needs mixed breed dog experienced family.  He will do best with another dog companion and someone that works from home or caregiver (female) is home.    No apartments.   Courtesay post for the Helotes Humane Society.  Ziggy is an older distiguished gentledog. He loves to be a couch potato. He does love going for a walk. He is always happy to see people and give them his paw. He follows commands and is crate trained. His nickname is "Tiger" because of his coat. He is very loving to people and selective to other dogs. Proper introduction is always a must. He wouldn't be ideal with a house that has small children. He is always eager to please. He is fully vaccinated, neutered, and microchipped. He would love to travel anywhere in the US or Canada. ##1545628##

Story
Khaleesi is a 9-year-old American Bully and the mother of Drago. She is spayed, chocolate seal in color, and a true sweetheart. Khaleesi was rescued at about one year old from a breeder situation and has been lovingly raised in a family home ever since. She is independent but very affectionate, loves to snuggle, nuzzle like a cat, and be close to her people. She adores kids and has a calm, gentle temperament. Khaleesi has lived in a multi-dog household her entire life and has no aggression issues, though she can be mildly protective and will bark at door knocks. Due to her short legs and age, stairs can be challenging. She has a vet appointment scheduled and will be fully up to date on vaccinations and care prior to adoption. We are seeking a loving, stable home for this sweet girl due to relocation.
We'll also keep you updated on Drago's adoption status with email updates.

Story
Drago is an 8-year-old American Pocket Bully with a gentle, affectionate personality. Though listed as medium due to weight, he is small and compact (about 12 inches tall and 18–20 inches long). He is calm, puppy-like, and loves cuddling, warm cozy spots, and being close to his person. Drago does best with light walks and a relaxed lifestyle. He is fully house-trained and can be left loose in the home with no accidents or destructive behavior. He sleeps indoors and enjoys being part of the family. Drago is excellent with children and has lived in a multi-dog home with no aggression. He has manageable seasonal allergies and will be fully up to date on vet care. Due to relocation, we are seeking a calm, loving home for him.
