Story
Prince has a short coat that is mostly black with a white chest. Prince is a very handsome dog. He is very muscular and strong. Prince enjoys the outdoor life but will do well in an indoor environment. He does will with laid back dogs but will stand his ground when challenged. Due to this it is probably best for him to be in a one-dog home. Prince is leash trained but pulls a bit because he is so strong. Prince will need an owner that is patient with him and will continue his training. He will need an owner that knows how to gently handle a strong dog. Prince will need regular exercise and will need to be in a home with a fenced yard. Prince is crate trained and kennel trained. He is currently working on his house training. Prince is up to date on vaccinations, microchipped and neutered. ##1499381##

Story
Theres nothing better than having Freddy come lay his head in your lap for some love.  He's mostly red/chestnut coat with a white chest and a few white toes.He is a very strong, active and alert dog. He is extremely people friendly and loves to play with all his toys. Freddy is very puppy like with puppy play tendencies and mischievous. He enjoys playing and exploring the outdoors. Freddy is very happy when he is out running his yard. He will thrive with a family who has an active outdoor lifestyle.  Freddy is good with other dogs but needs to learn how to properly approach them. He is excellent with older children. Freddy is up to date on vaccinations, microchipped and is neutered. ##1499382##

Story
Animal Profile: Molly is a Boxer/Cattle Dog mix (best guess) estimated to be 10 weeks old.   She was spotted chained in a yard and someone approached the owners and convinced them to surrender her. She’s a doll!  She spent about a week in a foster home in Texas getting ready for her trip to the PNW to find her forever home and she joined us on 11/15.  Foster Update: Molly is a spunky puppy who greets everyone with enthusiasm and sweetness. She is smart and very food motivated, so it’s no surprise that she’s picking up on obedience training quickly. We are working on sit, down and crate. Molly plays very well with our big dogs and she love to romp in the yard. She will be a social butterfly and can’t wait to explore the world.  Adoption Info: Adoption fee is $550, which includes spay/neuter, current vaccinations per AVMA standards, microchip, negative heartworm test if over 6 months, and health certificate. Your donation may be tax deductible as DG is a 501c3 organization. Apply Online: www.doggoneseattle.org/adoption-application Animal History: This dog is being transferred from Animal Advocacy & Rescue our partner in Del Rio Texas and arriving to Seattle area foster care on 11/13/23. This dog will be fostered in the greater Seattle area and available for adoption once evaluated.December 10, 2023, 5:26 pm

WE ARE A TX BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Please fill out an adoption application found at haydudeequine.org Phoebe - You are the bridge between what was and what will be, my pathway to a new life! I've been dreaming for a family of my very own and someone told me that if I tell Santa what I want for Christmas this year he tries very hard to grand wishes. Oh my, oh my, I'm so excited, Santa grants wishes!! My wish is to have a family for not only this Christmas but also for many more Christmases to come. My name is Phoebe and I'm about 5 years old and a what a fabulous age. I'm well out of that puppy destructive stage but still playful and ready for any and all adventures you might want to throw my way and I'm hoping it's lots and lots. I'm still very playful and will need some daily exercise and playtime and what better way then to get out there and explore! I come in at 54lbs, again a fabulous size for all those adventures but not too big that I take up the whole couch. I made sure that there will always be room for you on the couch so we can get our snuggles in. I love my cuddles and belly rubs and ear scratches and well you get it, any kind of people contact! Will you give Santa a helping paw and fill out my adoption application? I'm so looking forward to a loving fur-ever home with...YOU!!

Please fill out an adoption application found at haydudeequine.org Hank - You are the bridge between what was and what will be, my pathway to a new life! Hank here, as in the famous Hank Williams but all my friends just call me Hank. I'm ready to trade in 'All My Rowdy Friends' for a nice more laid back kind of life, getting lots of pets, belly rubs, ear scratches and treats!! We're gonna have to make lots of 'Family Traditions' that hopefully has to do with me getting some of those treats and belly rubs! Here at my new foster home, I’m Hank, the ranch dog. I don't really live on a ranch, but I love to run and explore all new smells as if I am on a huge Texas ranch. When my foster mom says the word “ride” I jump in the truck lickety split. Going for a ride is one of my favorite things. The ladies (4 legged) are drawn to my fabulous looks with my short brindle coat which is easy for washing and wearing. My white feet and chest match my groomed beard, I am so handsome! I only sit still when it’s time to snuggle. I love to curl up right next to you and get as close to you as possible. And oh, how I love belly rubs!!!! I weigh about 50 pounds and at around 6 years I can still run as fast as a bullet. 'A Country Boy Can Survive' and this ole boy hasn't let life get me down. I was found at a local shelter thinking I was gonna be doing 10 to life, but the judge was lenient and I'm out on parole for good behavior (and I really am a good boy!). The parole requirement is findin' myself a loving family so I'm hoping YOU can help me with this part! Does I sound like a good fit for your family, golly I sure hope so?! Please fill out my adoption application and let’s get me home...your home!!

Please fill out an adoption application found at haydudeequine.org Toby - You are the bridge between what was and what will be, my pathway to a new life! SNM(single neutered male) seeks LFH(loving forever home) At 7 years of age I find myself single again and on the prowl for that loving home that will shower me with all the attention, treats, belly rubs and ear scratches I can handle. But don't worry I'm a pro and can handle all you can give. I am good on the leash and love long walks in the moonlight (during the day is good too!), dancing in the rain or we can do the cha cha cha in the sunshine. I am also good with other dogs and enjoy trips to the park. I'm even good with the foster family's creature y'all call a cat! I'm already housebroken. Whoa now that's an extra nice bonus for my new family. I'm also well past that puppy destructive stage so I don't need constant monitoring. If you happen to let your shoes out they are safe with me. And...if I'm quiet for too long, come check, I'm probably taking a nap!! I do great with all people, tall or small. I may be 7 years but that's a young 7 years and I'm definitely not ready to hang my hat up yet, I still love going on adventures with my people at the drop of that hat! Strolls around the neighborhood, walks to the local coffee shop, hiking those nature trails, river excursions, sight seeing tours or just a trip into town to the park, I'm ready. I am such a calm go with the flow type of fella that I would make a pawsome first time pet parent pup!! After all my walking, dancing and playing I'm ready for some relaxing time with my people. It's Miller time, a nice glass of Chablis, or a big bowl of water for me, thank you! And then it's my favoritest time, it's snuggle and cuddle time!! I'm a perfect size for couch sharing! If you want to just play around I'm not the dog for you, but if you're in this for the long haul I'm your fella and look forward to being in a loving furever relationship with you. All you need to do is fill out my adoption application and I'll take it from there!!!

Story
FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED! Simon is a spunky and active 2 year old, 55lb Boxer mix. He came to us from a high kill shelter in CA and is looking for his shot at a forever family! Simon is your typical ‘Boxer’ personality. He is happy and excited. He loves his people and will make a great companion for an active family. Simon has been good with other dogs in our care, but can get overexcited at first. He would do great as an only dog with continued socialization or with another dog with intros. He has shown a lot of interest in squirrels and birds on walks so could have a prey drive, so we are recommending no cats. Simon will need continued obedience training, we do not know about his home habits or potty training. Simon is neutered, UTD on shots and microchipped. His adoption fee is $450.

These pups are in Federal Way, Washington too!

Story
Beautiful, beefy, sweet as can be Ruby is a gentle girl that would love to have a home of her own. It would be great if we can at least get her out if boarding and into a foster home, until we can find her forever home. Her last person used her for numerous litters and when he was done with her, he moved without her. She was going to be turned in for euthanasia. She is only 3yrs old, and despite what she went through, she’s a wonderful girl - even though she’s been in boarding for almost 2 months! She loves people and would really prefer an easy going home with someone that will cuddle with her. She is a very quiet, calm tempered girl that is not bothered by all the commotion and barking dogs she encounters every day. She just walks by and minds her own business. Although she appears just fine with other dogs, it would be best if she is the only animal in the home. She is very loving and loyal to her people and although she does still need some training, she is very eager to please. Ruby is 79lbs and appears to be an American Bulldog mix. She’s not very tall, but she is solid. She must have a securely fenced yard.

*** Home Needed ASAP*** Please help to SAVE Maggy. She is the most loving, kind, and nurturing four legged family member you could ever ask for and an unfortunate turn of events has sadly required us to find a new home for her. Breaks my heart to let her go but some institutions just don't understand that there are no bad breeds of dogs, only bad owners. Maggy has had a truly loving environment which she shows to everyone she meets. If a new home can't be found then this wonderfully adoring beauty's future is gonna have to be the cold cement cell of the pound. I desperately don't want that fate for her. If you are looking for a guard dog then she is not for you because she hardly ever barks and is more likely to greet a stranger with a wagging tail than anything else. Please help us, I don't know how long I can hold back the front office mandating that she can no longer live here.

Story
Flower is a nearly 1.5 year old female/spayed pit bull mix. She is looking for her forever home no cats or children under the age of 14 due to cat chasing and reactivity as well as some resource guarding behavior that is not safe with young children in the house. She is a very sweet but anxious girl who's anxiety is currently successfully managed on Prozac - she is a much much happier girl since starting on this medication. Traveling is very stressful for her, so she needs a household that does not plan to travel with her. She does not urinate or defecate on walks, and therefore, must have a yard. She has food sensitivities causing severe itching and diarrhea and must be fed a prescription hydrolyzed protein diet for life to manage these issues. She loves to play tug with anything and everything and also loves to chew on sticks, squeaky toys, rope toys, and nylabones. It breaks our hearts to say goodbye to her, but we know she needs to be in a home with no kids and no cats.
