This sweet, neutered boy is a Boxer Staffy mix with a sprinkling of bull terrier. He weighs around 80 pounds, and is roughly 2.5 years old. Koda has lived with his foster dad for 4 months, thriving with structure and access to a yard. Koda is highly food motivated and very receptive to positive redirection. He is eager to please! All qualities that have helped Koda learn leash manners and new commands in the short time he has been with his foster dad. Koda is microchipped, up to date on all vaccines, and loves meeting new people. He is crate trained, potty trained, loves playing find it and respects boundaries when they are enforced. He loves licking frozen yogurt from his lick mat and chewing his kong. He has no accidents in the house while his foster dad is at work. Koda would do wonderful as a solo dog, as he may try to be head of the pack in a multi-dog household. The first 3 months he will need patience as he navigates separation anxiety and growing secure in his fur-ever home.

Luna is 7 years old. We have had her since she was 8 weeks old. Shes a VERY smart dog. She is a very loyal and protective dog as well. Luna does have anxiety and is reactive. She just recently nipped my 3 year old. This is why we have decided to rehome her. Shes a good dog, but she is not well with young children. She does fine with older kids. She has always been very weary of my toddler and likes to keep her distance. Weve done our best at trying to keep her separate from our toddler but at this time, we do not feel it is a safe or wise decision to keep Luna in our home. This is a difficult decision to make. Luna loves to run and play, we have another dog who she does well with but has shown aggression towards him as well. Luna would do well in a home with no children or other pets. We hope to find Luna someone who can give her lots of loves and exercise and can be her forever home.
