Mammosa is part of the siblings of Truffle, Herb, Candy and Omelet. She is beautiful and snuggly. She's also shy and needs to be with one of her siblings. She was very attached at first to Candy who is SUPER friendly and outgoing and happy. These kittens were born to a feral mother. The family was not taking care of them and luckily we got them and were able to house them and get them used to people. They are now healthy and ready to be in a home with one of their siblings. Omelet is the least attahed to any siblings. We are looking for a non smoking home. Little kids for these siblings are not a great idea. Kids age eight or older would be better if they end up in a home with kids at all. For more information call or text me at 517 294 4514 or email me initially at marlas2468@yahoo.com

Sushi was a covid cat, who loved being played with as a kitten. We rescued her from the humane society at 8 weeks old, in 2020. She was really good with the litter box until we started traveling, and then started not always using it. It goes in phases. We believe sushi will thrive best when her owner's are home to be with her. She does not like to be left alone over night. She loves to cuddle with her people. We dont know her breed, and selected calico. She is tri colored, but mostly white

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Vanessa is a sweet, smart, and loving mama cat.  Vanessa is not a skittish kitty by any means.  She loves attention, is curious and vocal!  Vanessa is litterbox trained, had her first health exam and is spayed.  She will be microchipped before going to her adoptive home.    Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue microchips all dogs and cats before adoption. Microchips are implanted between the shoulder blades and are another form of identification should the animal get lost. The microchips are registered to Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue. The microchip is transferred to the adopter once the adoption is complete. The adopter is responsible for a one-time $15 microchip enrollment fee.  Microchips are enrolled with AKC Reunite.    Dogs and Cats still need to have collar with tags should they get lost. Microchips are implanted between the animals shoulder blades and are a permanent form of identification. If the animal is ever lost and slips his/her collar/tags the microchip allows the finder to know who to contact if scanned for a microchip. Animals MUST still have a collar with tags on at all times. Per our contract, we take all our animals back if for any reason you can't keep your adopted animal. Please understand the statements about this animal are based upon the foster home's evaluation of the animal. The animal might behave differently (negatively or positively) in your home. While the animal might be good with the current foster’s dogs, cats, children, etc., it may not be with your animal(s) or children. The animal may be housebroken or litter trained in the home of the foster but may relapse in your home. The animal is represented to the public as it performs in the foster home and any statements made regarding the animal are conditional to that foster home setting. Please understand that statements made regarding this animal are simply overviews and are not guaranteed. The Petfinder.com system requires that we choose a predominant breed or breed mix for our animals. Visual breed identification in animals is unreliable so for most of the animals we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each animal as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our animals based on personality, not by breed label. Hi I am Cheetah, a shy and sweet kitten on the prowl for a forever home! I am just a little new and nervous now but I just need to feel loved and comfortable, and I will need to find a family that can provide a quiet home with extra TLC. I am currently under the care of the shelter medical team at HSHV. If you would like to learn more about me, please reach out to the Adoption Desk at (734) 662-5585.

Hi my name is Jenny! I am a sweet, calm older kitty looking for someone to spend all of my time with. Compared to other cats, I might not be a `lap-cat` but I do love to be near people and receive all of the gentle affection you can give me. With my age and personality, I would do best in a home without other animals and children under 5. Are you ready to have a new beautiful queen of your home? Come to see me soon!

Hello, my name is Rocky Balboa! I came to HSHV after suffering from quite a big injury, but thankfully I am a fighter and have recovered well. To help me after my injury, I am on a diet and some medication that keep me healthy and happy. I am relaxing happily now in a foster home, and my foster parents say I am a delightful companion who will make any family happy. Could I be the one for you? Please contact the adoptions team to arrange a meeting with me, so you can see if we`re a purr-fect matchRocky Balboa is currently living in one of our wonderful foster homes. Adopting from foster is easy! Please email adoptions@hshv.org or call (734)662-5585 to arrange a meeting today!Tags: #gh
