Story
Lotus is GORGEOUS Tortie with a golden coat. She is a cute little white paws and she is a sister to Crystal, Karma and their mother Serenity, all were pregnant at the same time. Lotus hasn't had her kittens yet but they are very attached to each other. Lotus now awaiting the soon arrival of her children. Once she delivers, raise and wean her babies it would be best for them to stay together. They are VERY young to be having kittens. Lotus is what is called a golden Tortie tuxedo. She is beautiful. Very friendly and sweet like the rest of her family, she is playful and affectionate. They would be okay in a home with a cat friendly dog who doesn't bother them much. We are looking for a non smoking home, indoor only. For more information call or text me at 517 294 4514, make sure to leave your phone number or email your phone number to me at marlas2468@yahoo.com

Story
Lavendar is a sweet young teen mother. She's just had kittens and she herself is only six months old. She was one of a pair dumped by some uncaring person to a home in the woods. They were only small kittens at the time and the owner of the house made provisions for them in their garage, but they never got them vetted or fixed. They were part of another dumped pregnant mother who had just had a second litter so they blended in with those kittens in the garage. Now comes spring and ALL the females there ARE PREGNANT. She will be nursing and raise her kittens for the next 60 days but we are ready to also post her kittens so that once they are 2 pounds they will have homes to go to. Lavendar herself is friendly and sweet and she will be needing an indoor only home of her own. If you might be interested in a sweet, young companion, Lavendar might be your girl. For more information call or text me at 517 294 4514 or email me your phone number at marlas2468@yahoo.com

Abigail is one of five kittens, four brothers and her. We are watching to see if she's bonding to another one of her siblings, if she does not, we will be watching to see if she bonds to one or not. She is a calm kitten right now. How she will be as an older teen or adult is anyone's guess. She is a beautiful Tortie, sweet face. We will be looking for a smoke free, indoor home for her with another young kitty. For more information we will be posting more as we learn more about her shortly or you can call or text me at 517 294 4514 or email me your phone number to marlas2468@yahoo.com

Story
Rose and Dean are brother and sister and as far as we know, the only two survivors in the litter. She is a GORGEOUS dilute calico girl. They are both friendly and clean as a whistle. Found at a lady's side yard near Detroit, they are definitely two peas in a pod. They are bonded to each other, good thing they had each other. They protect each other and watch out for each other. Very playful and sweet. Would be fine with older kids, should be fine with dogs who are cat friendly. We are looking for a non-smoking home for them. For more information on them call or text me at 517 294 4514. Or email me your phone number to marlas2468@yahoo.com

Story
Smore was adopted to be a companion for another kitten who recently passed away from an autoimmune disease. She is sweet, talkative and playful. She's also incredibly smart! She loves opening doors and IKEA drawers. Issue is she is very timid and is being bullied by my partners male cat. She is an easy target because she won't fight back. We have tried pheromones. We have tried making new cat habitats for them to be away from each other. We have tried reintroduce th3m and separate feedings. She is living her life afraid. We only get to spend time with her when we lock her in a separate part of the house with us. If you want to give this beautiful little girl a quiet, peaceful (aside from children. She loves my children! Boys 8&9) please reach out. She is fully vaccinated, chipped and spayed. She sits still for nail trimmings and tolerates being carried around like a baby by two little boys who love her. You will not find a more docile little girl.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Tweety Bird was thrown out of her $500,000 home into a winter storm at night with a cardboard box and a blanket in it cruelly in the freezing rain and snow while her owner left to go out of country for a few months. She was starved, had ear mites, is front paw declawed and about 8 years old.  She has had a very rough start in life, but we think she was loved at one time and someone most likely gave her away to her last cruel owner.  She developed a very bad cold as well in the freezing cold in December.  Tweety was also missing some teeth sadly and had a painful mouth requiring a few more teeth to be extracted.  A good Samaritan put her in her vehicle and tried to help her as much as they could.    We stepped in to rescue her but sadly don’t have a foster home open for her right now, so she is in a boarding facility.  Tweety recently had a dental, blood panel and vaccines and is very healthy now and waiting for her perfect home.   Tweety absolutely loves being held, she'll fall asleep in your arms or lap and purr extremely loud. She doesn’t seem comfortable around other kitties yet so a home without kitties or slow introductions with a separate room to start with would be great for her.   Could you be the loving home this beautiful pint size beauty deserves? Please consider this sweet kitty. A senior or a quiet home would be perfect for this middle-aged lap girl.   Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue microchips all dogs and cats before adoption. Microchips are implanted between the shoulder blades and are another form of identification should the animal get lost. The microchips are registered to    Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue. The adopter's information is added once the adoption is complete. The adopter is responsible for a $19.99/Year registration fee or a $45.00/Lifetime registration fee to change information.    Dogs and Cats still need to have collar with tags should they get lost.
