Story
Griffin is looking for a new home where she can be her happy self again. Griffin has not adjusted well after moving from a home to an apartment, so her owner wants her to have a good life and be the perfect cat that she used to be. Her owner has relayed this information about her: Her name is Griffin and she’s a medium hair tortoiseshell cat. She is a super cuddly lovable cat that will play and want attention all day if you let her. She’s lost some teeth in the past and is missing her two front teeth and 2 back molars but this has not been an issue. Her tongue sticks out because of this. She gets along great with other animals like cats and dogs. She really loves cat nip, treats and toys with mice attached to a stick. I’m having to rehome her because we recently moved into an apartment and since then she’s not been her self at all.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Tweety Bird was thrown out of her $500,000 home into a winter storm at night with a cardboard box and a blanket in it cruelly in the freezing rain and snow while her owner left to go out of country for a few months. She was starved, had ear mites, is front paw declawed and about 8 years old.  She has had a very rough start in life, but we think she was loved at one time and someone most likely gave her away to her last cruel owner.  She developed a very bad cold as well in the freezing cold in December.  Tweety was also missing some teeth sadly and had a painful mouth requiring a few more teeth to be extracted.  A good Samaritan put her in her vehicle and tried to help her as much as they could.    We stepped in to rescue her but sadly don’t have a foster home open for her right now, so she is in a boarding facility.  Tweety recently had a dental, blood panel and vaccines and is very healthy now and waiting for her perfect home.   Tweety absolutely loves being held, she'll fall asleep in your arms or lap and purr extremely loud. She doesn’t seem comfortable around other kitties yet so a home without kitties or slow introductions with a separate room to start with would be great for her.   Could you be the loving home this beautiful pint size beauty deserves? Please consider this sweet kitty. A senior or a quiet home would be perfect for this middle-aged lap girl.   Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue microchips all dogs and cats before adoption. Microchips are implanted between the shoulder blades and are another form of identification should the animal get lost. The microchips are registered to    Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue. The adopter's information is added once the adoption is complete. The adopter is responsible for a $19.99/Year registration fee or a $45.00/Lifetime registration fee to change information.    Dogs and Cats still need to have collar with tags should they get lost. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.April 14, 2024, 4:44 am

Story
Smore was adopted to be a companion for another kitten who recently passed away from an autoimmune disease. She is sweet, talkative and playful. She's also incredibly smart! She loves opening doors and IKEA drawers. Issue is she is very timid and is being bullied by my partners male cat. She is an easy target because she won't fight back. We have tried pheromones. We have tried making new cat habitats for them to be away from each other. We have tried reintroduce th3m and separate feedings. She is living her life afraid. We only get to spend time with her when we lock her in a separate part of the house with us. If you want to give this beautiful little girl a quiet, peaceful (aside from children. She loves my children! Boys 8&9) please reach out. She is fully vaccinated, chipped and spayed. She sits still for nail trimmings and tolerates being carried around like a baby by two little boys who love her. You will not find a more docile little girl.

Story
Hi there, I'm Maisie, I am a sweet doll face tiger striped kitty looking for my forever family! Not too long ago, I was a caring mother to a lovely litter of kittens. I took excellent care of them, ensuring they found wonderful homes. Now, it's my turn to find a forever home! I'm incredibly sweet and happen to be quite motivated by food. Despite being a mom previously, I'm still a playful and affectionate soul, much like a kitten. I adore engaging in playtime, chasing after toys, and embracing the joy of every moment. Don't let my FIV+ status give you pause. With the right dose of love, nourishment, and care, I can lead a fulfilling and lengthy life, just like any other kitty! FIV is specific to cats, and FIV+ cats can enjoy a lifespan comparable to their non-FIV counterparts. Properly introduced, FIV and non-FIV cats can coexist happily and healthily. The virus is delicate, surviving only briefly outside the body and requiring significant physical interaction, such as deep bite wounds, for transmission. Everyday social interactions like grooming, sharing food and water bowls, and using litter boxes pose no known risk of transmission. So, if you're ready for a loving and playful companion, I might just be the perfect match for you! Maisie is 1.5 years old, spayed, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, FIV/FeLV tested, microchipped, dewormed & flea treated. Story
Hey there, I'm Cheeky, your one-year-old feline friend with a whole lot of charm! I found my way to the kitty room from a place where kitties were everywhere, and now I'm on a mission to find my forever home. I'm a social butterfly and get along amazingly well with other kitties, making me the purrfect companion and playmate for a fellow feline friend. I've got a laid-back and calm vibe, making me an ideal addition to any nice kitty household. Although I might be a tad shy initially and not a fan of being picked up, a little bribery with treats, yummy food, and some affectionate head and butt scratches will have me purring in no time! If you've got a cat wheel, count me in for some entertaining walks—I'm all about it! With my adorable markings and unique ways of communicating, I'm not just a pretty face; I've got the cutest ways of telling you what I want. Despite being young at heart, I'm ready to be your purrmanent family companion. Don't think twice—consider me, Cheeky, for a bundle of joy and love in your home! Cheeky is just over 1 years old, neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, FIV/FeLV tested, microchipped, dewormed & flea treated. Story
Hello, I'm Ariel, on the lookout for my forever family. I'm the ideal feline companion, ready to steal your heart with my playful and affectionate nature. I'm a sociable kitty, getting along well with other cats, and I adore engaging in playtime, especially with my irresistible wand toy. Let's not forget to mention my stunning features—big green eyes and sleek black fur, and I must say, I have the cutest face. I've been described as a social butterfly by my foster mom. Although I've been diagnosed with FIV (feline immunodeficiency virus), which I likely inherited from my momma cat, there's no need to worry. With proper care indoors, I can live just as long as any other cat. FIV isn't transmissible to humans, only to cats, typically through deep bite wounds. Despite my diagnosis, I'm a lover, not a fighter, and I've been peacefully coexisting with my FIV-negative cat companions. I once had a family of my own, but for reasons I don't understand, they placed me in a carrier, took me for a car ride, and left me on a sidewalk near a strip mall. Thankfully, a kind woman noticed me, scooped me up, and sought help on my behalf. Now, I embark on a new journey in search of my true forever family. If you believe I'm the perfect kitty for you Ariel is 1-2 years old, spayed, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, FIV/FeLV tested, microchipped, dewormed & flea treated.
