Story
Lolita and Bodhi are a bonded pair and will be adopted together  Lolita is a calico through and through—full of personality, opinions, and charm. She’s delightfully sassy and chatty, often sharing her thoughts from the highest perch in the house, where she can keep a watchful eye on everything below. Lolita likes to do things on her own terms, and while she’s not always a lap cat, she does have a softer side she saves for quiet moments when she feels extra safe (we suspect she might just be a little bashful about it). She’s a master of hide-and-seek, and you’ll often spot just the tip of her tail peeking out from under the couch or hear mysterious clanks and adventures happening in the basement. Lolita has a gentle, caring heart, especially when it comes to Bodhi—she’ll curl up with him and seems to understand when he’s not feeling his best. Though she used to play tag with him more often, these days she shows her love in calmer, more tender ways. Lolita would thrive in a home that appreciates her independent spirit, her quiet affection, and the special bond she forms with those she trusts. ##2188605##

Meet Molly 🌸🐾Molly is a beautiful 1-year-old calico who’s ready to leave her tough outdoor days behind. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. If interested in any of our animals for adoption, or to foster an animal, please fill out the respective application here to get the process started. Visit our FAQ webpage for commonly asked questions about our adoption/foster process. &#226&#128&#139Hello! I am stage 5 cuddler Frankiebean! Friendly social kitty who previously lived with 5 males, so I would really like a home to call my own now! I absolutely love being held and playing with a laser light or cat toy. If you are looking for your perfect companion, look no further! I’d love to become a part of your family. Spayed & UTD on shots. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.Last Day Dog Rescue now microchips all animals before adoption. Microchips are implanted between the animals shoulder blades and are a permanent form of identification. If the animal is ever lost and slips his/her collar/tags the microchip allows the finder to know who to contact if scanned for a microchip. Animals MUST still have a collar with tags on at all times. Per our contract, we take all our animals back if for any reason you can't keep your adopted animal. Please understand the statements about this animal are based upon the foster home's evaluation of the animal. The animal might behave differently (negatively or positively) in your home. While the animal might be good with the current foster’s dogs, cats, children, etc., it may not be with your animal(s) or children. The animal may be housebroken or litter trained in the home of the foster but may relapse in your home. The animal is represented to the public as it performs in the foster home and any statements made regarding the animal are conditional to that foster home setting. Please understand that statements made regarding this animal are simply overviews and are not guaranteed. The Petfinder.com system requires that we choose a predominant breed or breed mix for our animals. Visual breed identification in animals is unreliable so for most of the animals we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each animal as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our animals based on personality, not by breed label. Thank you for looking through our list of animals needing forever homes and choosing rescue first. We appreciate you stopping by. January 27, 2026, 8:54 am

Story
Keke is 8 years old. She was my grandmothers pet for 7 years. My grandmother recently passed at 100 years old so we are now looking for a home for sweet Keke. She has a few quirks; she poops in her litter box but pees on a potty pad next to the litter box, but besides that she is perfectly trained. She prefers to be the only pet in the house. She used to have stomach problems but since switching her to fresh pet, everything has subsided. She is very sweet and loving, and she has no desire to go outside. She slept with my grandmother every night. It is extremely hard for us to give her up, but she will not get along with my 2 male cats.
