Story
Foster or Adopt sweet Brookie!! At under a year old and already over 100 pounds, Brookie is a giant puppy who is so ready for the rest of her life to begin ❤️ As a large guardian breed, Brookie would love a breed-experienced home! She is a young female Cane Corso mix who will likely mature around 150 lbs. Despite her impressive size, she is a very sweet and affectionate girl who loves people and is eager to please. Because of her size and guardian breed traits, we are seeking an experienced, committed home that understands large, powerful breeds and is ready to continue her training and provide consistent structure. Brookie has started obedience training and has so much potential to become an incredible, well-rounded companion. 🐾 Best suited for a home with: • A male dog • No small dogs due to her size • No small children • A breed experienced owner who can offer leadership, boundaries, and continued training. Brookie is a very sweet dog who deserves a home that will invest in her and help her thrive. These guidelines aren’t limitations - they’re about setting Brookie up for long-term success and ensuring she lands in the right forever home. She is currently located in San Jose!

Story
What can we say about our sweet, handsome Tiki Boy? SO MUCH! We’ve had this dapper 2 year-old Cane Corso/Dane/Bully mix in rescue for about 8 months now and he is barely recognizable from the dog we saved from the euthanasia list. Tiki was dumped at the shelter, and we don’t think he ever knew life outside of a backyard or that humans could be kind before we took him in. When we met Tiki, he avoided eye contact and human touch, wouldn’t hold his head up, and was scared of every little thing (even the wind). While in foster, he’s been exploring the world and gaining confidence each day, and, most importantly, learning what it means to have the safety and love that he deserves. He has truly blossomed and is showing us more and more each day that he is a super silly and affectionate giant puppy dog. Tiki is best friends with his 130-pound mastiff foster sister and would love a home with another doggy friend to play with! He is respectful and kind with his foster cat sibling too! He is gentle and sweet with his six-year old human foster sister as well, and we think he’d do excellently in a home with older kids. This pup is an active boy and a guardian breed who needs an owner who is committed to meeting his exercise needs (he’s a great running/biking partner!), continuing his socialization, and respecting his boundaries. These dogs may be slow to warm up, but they are incredibly loyal and protective of their pack, and the love they give is truly something special once you have it! Tiki is waiting patiently for his forever family at his foster home in Sacramento and he would love to meet you to see if it’s a match.

Story
Meet Borgart! Borgart is an 8-month-old Cane Corso puppy with a big heart, a big personality, and an even bigger future ahead of him. This handsome boy is looking for a forever home that understands giant breed puppies and is ready to invest in helping him become the incredible dog he`s meant to be. Borgart is a friendly, social young dog who enjoys being around people and is generally easy to handle. While he`s calm in his kennel, once he`s out and about, his puppy enthusiasm takes over! He loves exploring the world and is eager to interact with everything around him. Like many adolescent giant-breed dogs, Borgart hasn`t quite figured out how big he is. He can be excitable, pulls hard on leash, and sometimes gets so excited that he forgets his manners altogether. He`s still learning appropriate ways to interact with people and other dogs, and he`ll need a family committed to providing consistent training, structure, and guidance. Borgart has shown interest in other dogs but can be a little rude, and potentially overwhelming during introductions. Because of this, a dog-to-dog meet is required for any potential canine housemates. With proper training and management, he can continue learning appropriate social skills and become a much more polite playmate. As a Cane Corso, Borgart is not just a puppy—he`s a future giant breed companion who will need ongoing obedience training, socialization, and confident leadership. He`s goofy, energetic, and sometimes clueless about his own size—but underneath it all is a sweet dog looking for someone to help guide him through adolescence and into adulthood. If you`re ready for a loyal companion, Borgart could be the perfect addition to your family.

Meet Toby! Toby is a big, lovable Cane Corso with a soft side and a goofy personality just waiting to shine. Originally adopted from us back in 2023 and recently returned as an owner surrender, Toby is now looking for a true forever home where he can settle in for good. At first, Toby can be a little shy when meeting new people, but he warms up nicely with a bit of patience. Once he feels comfortable, his fun, silly nature comes out, and you’ll see just how much personality this big guy has to offer. He’s easy to leash and walk, making him a great companion for daily outings. Toby has shown friendly, playful behavior with other dogs and would likely enjoy having a canine companion. Because of his large size, a dog-to-dog meet is required to ensure a good match. According to his previous adopter, Toby has also lived successfully with cats. Overall, Toby is a gentle giant who just needs a little time to come out of his shell. With the right home, he’ll be a loyal, affectionate, and entertaining companion. If you’re looking for a big goofball with a heart of gold, Toby might be your perfect match!

This beautiful girl is searching for a forever home that can help her channel her energy and reach her full potential. From the moment you meet her, Panterita is happy to make new friends. She greets people at the front of her kennel with a friendly attitude and enjoys attention and petting. She`s an affectionate youngster who loves being part of the action and is always ready for fun. Like any Cane Corso puppy, Panterita is going to grow into a large, adult dog. Right now, she`s full of puppy enthusiasm, which means lots of energy, jumping, and rough-and-tumble play. She enjoys playing with toys and isn`t afraid to get rowdy during playtime! Because of her breed, size, and age, training will be especially important. Panterita will need an adopter committed to teaching her good manners, providing structure, and helping her learn how to appropriately interact with people and other dogs. The work you put into her now will help shape her into a confident, well-mannered adult companion.
