Story
Scofield is a 3 year old tuxedo cat. He loves being around people, very friendly. He still has kitten energy and loves to play. Hes very low maintenance otherwise. Hes neutered, up to date on shots, eats normal cat food, never spits up furballs, and he only went to the vet once when he was a kitten. Only looking to rehome because we have a newborn now and don’t have the capacity to give him the care he needs.

Story
Maisy is one of our newest rescues, found abandoned on the streets, where she had to learn to survive on her own. This made her wary of people at first, but after spending some time in foster, with one of our Team members, she's discovered that love and kindness feels pretty great. She has an old, improperly healed leg injury that doesn’t limit her movement or cause her pain. Maisy loves other kitties and would need a home with another friendly cat.Maisy is at our Punta Mita Location and can easily be flown to the nearest airport to YOU in the USA or Canada! She will receive our complete Cat protocol :* Complete Health exam by a Vet* Feline tests to rule out FeLV, FIV & Heartworm* Bloodwork 1: CBC (Mycoplasma check if indicated)* Bloodwork 2: Chem profile* Deworming at intake and monthly thereafter* Vaccines: Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis (FVR), Feline Distemper (FP), Calicivirus (FCV), Rabies* Spay/Neuter* Flea/Tick prevention* Microchipping available Please send us an application at : wetnosesrescue.org/adoption-application-Cats

Story
Meet Silverio – Our Chunky Hunk with a Sensitive Tummy and a Heart of Gold. Silverio isn’t just a cat—he’s a whole vibe. This gloriously chunky gentleman is equal parts sass, smarts, and snuggles (with a dash of drama). He’s living his best life on a hydrolyzed diet due to a sensitive GI system—and get this, he actually sticks to it! Even with tastier temptations nearby, this foodie follows the rules. At first, Silverio might play it cool. He’s been through a lot (have you tried digesting life with a sensitive tummy?), but once he feels safe, he transforms into a love-seeking missile. Expect head butts, purrs, and the occasional excited nibble—think of it as a spicy little love tap. He’s now leaner, comfier, and officially liking his catio cat-mates. He’s also become much more open to pets and cuddles, and approaches for pats to his cheeks, head, chin, and upper back....... Absolute heaven.Silverio needs an experienced human who understands that true love sometimes starts with slow blinks and ends with full-on cuddle puddles. If you’re looking for a hilarious, handsome cat, Silverio’s your guy.Silverio is at our Punta Mita Location and can easily be flown to the nearest airport to YOU in the USA or Canada! He has had our complete Cat protocol :* Complete Health exam by a Vet* Feline tests to rule out FeLV, FIV & Heartworm* Bloodwork 1: CBC (Mycoplasma check if indicated)* Bloodwork 2: Chem profile* Deworming at intake and monthly thereafter* Vaccines: Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis (FVR), Feline Distemper (FP), Calicivirus (FCV), Rabies* Spay/Neuter* Flea/Tick prevention* Microchipping available Please send us an application at : wetnosesrescue.org/adoption-application-Cats

Story
Nina – Updated Adoption Bio✨ Meet Nina ✨Nina is a sweet, affectionate cuddlebug who loves nothing more than snuggles and human companionship. She was rescued after being abandoned on Isla Cuale and has since thrived in her loving foster home. Nina has even learned to live peacefully with a Chihuahua 🐶—a testament to her gentle nature and adaptability. She is curious, playful, and never shy about asking for affection the moment you walk into the room. Whether she’s exploring her surroundings or curling up in your arms, Nina brings warmth, comfort, and joy to everyone she meets.🩺 Medical Note (Important): Nina has recently tested positive for FeLV (Feline Leukemia Virus). This result may represent a transient or regressive infection, which can occur in young or recently exposed cats. To better understand her status, repeat testing is scheduled for mid‑February to determine whether:the initial result was a false positive,Nina has successfully cleared the virus, orshe has a regressive or progressive FeLV infection. At this time, Nina is feeling well, affectionate, and enjoying normal kitten life. Our team is closely monitoring her health and will update her medical status as soon as follow‑up results are available.FeLV‑positive or FeLV‑exposed cats can still live happy, meaningful lives and thrive in loving homes—especially when placed with other FeLV‑positive cats or as an only cat.If you’re looking for a devoted lap‑warmer with a playful spark and a huge heart, Nina is ready to win yours. 💖🐾Nina is currently at our Punta Mita location and will be available for adoption in Mexico, the U.S., or Canada. We can arrange travel directly to your nearest major airport through our Flight Angel program.Nina will have our complete Cat protocol :* Complete Health exam by a Vet* Feline tests to rule out FeLV, FIV & Heartworm* Bloodwork 1: CBC (Mycoplasma check if indicated)* Bloodwork 2: Chem profile* Deworming at intake and monthly thereafter* Vaccines: Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis (FVR), Feline Distemper (FP), Calicivirus (FCV), Rabies* Spay/Neuter* Flea/Tick prevention* Microchipping available Start your journey with Nina today:🌐 wetnosesrescue.org/adopt
