Age: 10 months old Gender: Female Breed: Domestic shorthair cat Weight: 7.5 lbs Personality: Miss RuPaul was found in a parking lot in Mississippi at just a couple weeks old and then was flown to TAP. She is very friendly and energetic. She loves to play and make biscuits on her fuzzy blanket. Like all babies she loves food and attention and if you’ve got those you’re good in her book! She is dog and kitty friendly and most likely good with kids (haven't met them yet). Education: She wears a diaper as she is incontinent. Favorite Activities: Playing with any toys but especially strings Looking for: A home where she will have toys and people to give her attention. Ideally no stairs she will need to go up or down. She is so full of love and playfulness. She is fearless and brings so much joy to the home she is in. She may look different but inside she is the exact same as any other kitten. If you need a ray of sunshine that’s Ru Paul! Special needs: Her back legs are paralyzed and she wears a diaper because she can not control when she goes to the bathroom. Story
Hi! My name is Bently and here’s a little more about me:My JourneyI’m a community/colony cat who is now getting a chance at indoor life. I’ve been staying in a quiet condo setup at my foster home, so I’m still learning what it means to fully relax and trust in a home environment. My Social LifeOther cats? I haven’t had much interaction with other cats yet, so my preferences are still being discovered.Dogs? I haven’t met dogs.Kids? I would likely do best with calm, patient, cat-savvy humans who understand giving space and time.My social circle, summed up:I’m on the reserved side, but I appreciate gentle company and do best when I’m allowed to warm up at my own pace.My PersonalityI’m a sweet but cautious girl who takes a little time to feel comfortable. Once I do, my gentle nature begins to show. Because I’ve had limited interaction so far, my foster is still learning all my quirks—but I’ve shown that I’m calm, observant, and quietly affectionate in my own way.I Enjoy…Peaceful environmentsCozy, safe spots where I can observeGentle attention once I feel secureI’m Not a Fan Of…Being rushed or overwhelmed. Slow movements and patience help me feel safe and confident. What Makes Me SpecialI sport a distinctively bent tail that gives him a unique silhouette and extra charm. I’m a beautiful tuxedo cat with classic black-and-white markings that perfectly match my elegant, understated personality. My Perfect HomeI’d thrive in a calm, low-traffic home with someone who understands that trust takes time. If you enjoy earning a cat’s affection and watching their confidence bloom, I could be a very rewarding companion.

Story
Hi! My name is Burpie and here is a little more about me : My JourneyI was rescued with my mom and siblings after we were found at a park near Fiesta Island. I was originally part of a TNR plan, but it quickly became clear that I was far too friendly and curious about indoor life to be returned outside. Since then, I’ve been discovering how wonderful safety, comfort, and playtime can be.My Social LifeOther cats ? My very best friend is my sister, and I truly thrive with feline companionship. I’m friendly with other cats and would love a home with my sister or another young, playful kitty. Dogs ? I haven’t met dogs yet. Kids ? When it comes to people, I can be cautious at first, but once I feel safe and familiar, my confidence really starts to shine. My PersonalityAdventurous, athletic, and thoughtful.I love climbing cat trees and turning everyday objects into games—especially ping-pong balls, which I dribble around like a tiny soccer star. I balance all that energy with a calm, cozy side and enjoy relaxing in my hammock, soaking in the peace of indoor life.I Enjoy…Fetching and dribbling ping-pong ballsChasing feather wand toysClimbing and exploring vertical spacesRelaxing in my hammock or favorite cozy spotsChewing on appropriate raw animal chew toysI’m Not a Fan Of…I’m still cautious around unfamiliar people and prefer slow, gentle introductions. A calm, patient approach helps me feel secure and lets my true personality come out. What Makes Me SpecialI have an ear tip from my original TNR plan—a little badge of honor from my early days. It turns out I was much too social for life outdoors, and now I’m happily embracing my future as a beloved indoor companion. My Perfect HomeI would thrive in a home with my sister or another playful young kitten where I can stay active, play sports, and continue building confidence. A loving, patient home that appreciates both my adventurous spirit and my quieter, cozy moments would be just right for me.Young kittens are adopted in pairs or to a home with another playful kitty.

Story
Hi! My name is Junior, and here’s a little more about me:My JourneyI was rescued from a hoarding situation in Huntington Beach. While big changes can take me a little time to adjust to, I’ve shown that once I feel safe, I truly blossom. My Social LifeOther cats: I may be able to live with other cats with slow, thoughtful introductions in a calm environment.Dogs: I haven’t met dogs yet, so any introductions would need to be gradual and respectful.Kids: I’d do best with gentle, cat-savvy humans who understand that I may need a little time to warm up.My social circle, summed up:I’m a gentle soul who values trust and consistency. Once settled, I enjoy companionship and close bonds with my people. My PersonalitySweet, affectionate, and sensitive. I may be a bit reserved at first, but patience is rewarded — once I’m comfortable, I show my loving side and enjoy being close to my humans.I Enjoy…Quiet companionshipGentle pets and affectionFeeling safe and settled in my environmentBuilding trust at my own paceI’m Not a Fan Of…Being rushed or overwhelmed. I do best when my boundaries are respected and introductions are calm and gradual. What Makes Me SpecialI have a beautiful brown tabby coat with rich markings that really stand out. My warm coloring and expressive pattern give me a classic, handsome look — the kind that catches your eye and makes you stop for a second look.My Perfect HomeMy ideal home would be indoors, with loving humans and either calm feline companions or as a solo kitty. Regular vet care and lots of love will help me stay happy and healthy.I’d thrive in a calm, loving home with adopters who understand that trust takes time. My Special NeedsI am FIV-positive (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus), which means my immune system needs a little extra care. Right now, I’m healthy and feeling great, and many FIV-positive cats live long, happy lives just like any other cat. What I need is pretty simple: I should live indoors, have regular vet checkups, and be monitored if I ever seem under the weather. Because FIV is only spread through deep bite wounds, I can safely live with other friendly, non-aggressive cats when introductions are done thoughtfully.A little more on FIV +: Smittens does not routinely test for FIV, but this cat was tested elsewhere. FIV is a resident virus, which can, over the course of many years, resul

Hi! My name is Ella and here is a little more about me:My JourneyI come from a colony/community cat background and am still learning about the comforts of indoor life. Each day, I become a little more confident as I settle into a safe, calm environment and discover what it means to truly relax. My Social LifeI’m still figuring out how I feel about other animals and children. My current foster home is quiet and peaceful, without other cats, dogs, or kids, so I haven’t had the chance to show my preferences yet. I can be a bit timid at first and appreciate having a safe spot where I can retreat and relax. Once I feel secure, my sweet and affectionate side really shines. I do best in calm, predictable spaces that help me feel safe and secure. What Makes Me SpecialI have a soft gray coat and beautiful, striking green eyes that perfectly match my gentle and thoughtful personality. My Perfect HomeI would thrive in a quiet, patient home with someone who understands that trust and love can take a little time. I may be shy at first, but once I warm up, I enjoy simply being near my person and knowing I’m safe and cared for.
