Story
Lucy is a 10-year-old mixed breed calico lady, a gentle snugglebug who likes to lay alongside you or in your lap once she gets to know you. She was adopted from a shelter as a "teenager" (young but past kittenhood) and has been a sweet companion to an elderly couple. She can be a bit timid at first in a new situation, and likes to have a dark place to hide while she gets the lay of the land, but she has been the dominant cat in her two-cat household and won't take long to show her queenly colors again. Her companion, Little Bit (who is a larger but more timid cat) is also going up for adoption at the same time. They can be adopted together or separately.

Story
Addie is 6 years old, we adopted her as a kitten. She is a loving cat and is skittish with new people and situations. She needs someone patient who will allow her time to warm up. Once she does, she’s very cuddly and sweet. Addie would do well in a home without other pets, but she does well with children. Her new home would need to provide feather fliers (her favorite) and some hiding spots that she can retreat to when she needs a break. She loves soft blankets and cuddling up with her favorite people.

Story
Neighbors moved abruptly and left the cat. They said he was feral and were unable to take him but he is fixed and he , with time, has allowed us (family) to pet him and he will come indoors. We have a male cat who is extremely aggressive. Viking is outside in an area of high coyote activity. I think his hearing is bad and he is unable to fend for himself. He is very loving once you gain his trust.

Story
I recently had to move into a van, can no longer afford rent. I have a beautiful male cat, Nico... he;s super chill, VERY healthy; has never had any health issues since I adopted him in 2020. He is just traumatized being in the van. I need to do what;s responsible and loving for his well being and find him a good home. I am unsure if he&;s ok around other cats or dogs, or children. He;s very shy and hides from people, so I&;m thinking he&;d do best with another single person. He likes to sleeps and eat and snuggle. That&;s about it. He&;s not interested in most toys. I&;ve bought them all...lol. He just wants to chill. So if you&;re looking for a mellow boy to spend your days with, Nico;s your guy. I;d like to be able to find a home for him asap, as he is so unhappy being in the van. He is neutered, not chipped. Very healthy. He has a brand new litter box, brand new hard shelled carrier, full bag of food, his favorite tree. He;s consistent and predictable with his behavior.

Story
Canelo was found living under a tool shed on a school campus in El Cajon. He’s staying with us until we can find him a forever home with loving people. He loves to take naps, play with toys and run around and have the zoomies sometimes. He used to be an indoor/outdoor cat, but he’s grown accustomed to being indoors. He’s also litter box trained. He’s very sweet and easy to take care of!
