Story
Hello! I am looking for a wonderful home for my grandmother's 2 sweet senior kitties. She was placed into an assisted living facility and can no longer have her cats, but they mean the world to her so I am trying to find them the best home possible! Rufus and Ruby are both 15 yrs old, fixed, but not sure about their vaccine history. Ruby: Female, Siamese, beautiful blue eyes! She is very timid with strangers and normally hides when an unknown person comes in the house, but she is an absolute love bug when she warms up. She loves behind the ear and back scratches, and rolling around the floor when she's happy. Rufus: Male, black, bright yellow eyes! He is very friendly and sociable. He can be a bit of a talker! He absolutely loves getting treats. He's the sweetest guy, very mellow but so friendly with people. Unfortunately, these are the only pictures I currently have of them. They are a bonded pair and I would really like to keep them together! Please ask any questions!

Story
I originally took them in because a family member got evicted and couldn’t keep them so they gave them to another home and the kitties were so scared of the other animals in that home so that family gave them back to my family member and then my family member brought them to my house. I decided to let them stay in my room a while as we try to find a forever home for these sweet babies! I’d keep them but the issue is my roommate is allergic to cats so they are forced to stay in my room and they deserve so much more! They are friendly with people and love to cuddle/sleep with me/people! One is “Slim” and the other is “thickums”!

Story
She was adopted at 12 years old in Michigan. She lived with one other cat at the time, and she has been an outside cat and indoor cat in those years. But she has been an indoor cat since. Her previous owner had a child who had an allergy so they had to give away the cat. Knowing that older cats don’t get adopted, I took her in. She is a bit of a scardy cat (hence she stays indoors) and she doesn’t do well with transportation, but indoors, she loves attention, and loves to sleep next to me, sometimes on me, and follows me around and licks me. She sometimes have scooting issues / throw up sometimes but I took her to the vet and it seems it may be because she needed her anal glands expressed. She’s very healthy for her age- last vet said she looks a decade younger. She doesn’t like dogs and vacuum cleaners, but she’s sweet with people. She likes being pet by strangers as long as it’s gentle. She doesn’t move much given her age, and sleeps a lot. But she will play with mouse toys.

Story
posting this on behalf of my brother who lives in Vista. This sweet kitty (we think he is around 1 years old) came onto my brother's lot a few months ago. He put out flyers and no one claimed him. He is VERY sweet, good with dogs, etc and is looking for a home. We believe he is fixed and not sure about shots or anything as my brother hasn't taken him to the vet. We are looking for a good home for him. My brother is at max capacity with animals and he doesn't want to take him to a shelter. Please text is you're seriously interested. **not sure of breed

Story
I adopted Misha from Escondido - San Diego Humane Society around October 2023. According to her chart at the Shelter, she was brought in with her litter of kittens by a good Samaritan. She got spayed at the shelter before I adopted her. She’s the sweetest and the most affectionate cat I’ve known. She loves to sleep with me at night and loves getting pets. I also occasionally let her outside with supervision and she returns back no problem. She prefers to be inside rather than outside, seems like she’s scared of being outside for too long. The reason for rehoming her is that Misha is not a big fan of my male grey cat at home since he has a lot of energy and always wants to play with her. She prefers not to be bothered by him and prefers her space. She would do better in a home where she’s the only cat or in a home where there’s cats that are like-minded and prefer their own spaces. If you’re looking for a chill, sweet, and affectionate cat, Misha would be a great match for you !

Story
Miley was born April 5 2017. She is 7 years old. Miley has been with us since she was a kitten and we adopted her from Petco in August of 2017. Miley has always been great with our oldest daughter and our dog. Ever since our dog passed away from cancer Miley’s been lonely and misses having a companion. We are gone 85% of our week and Miley is constantly alone, we also don’t plan getting another pet/dog. We feel terrible she’s alone. Also my wife has randomly become severely allergic to her and no matter what we have tried it isn’t getting any better. We do not want to take her to the shelter we would love to rehome her as we love her and she has been a great cat. She is very cuddly and loving, she loves to sleep snuggled at your feet, she loves to be rolled with a sticky roller, she is very playful and enjoys all her head and ear scratches you can give. She is a talker meows when she is hungry or thirsty and loves watching tv.
