Sophie is a sweet, gentle 11 year old cat. She is a petite girl, everyone always thinks she's a kitten because of her size. She loves to eat and sunbathe. She is a senior cat and has had some behavioral issues we think from the stress of our puppy who is very high energy. Sophie likes things calm and relaxing where she can hang around the house and sleep/sunbathe. She likes to go outside but i do not let her out there for more than a few hours. she comes when called indoors and outdoors. We are looking for a good home for free for our sweet girl. I think ideally she would be best with no other animals but she does really well with dogs that do not bother her. Sophie does love to be pampered and pet, and with our new baby and high energy puppy it's hard to give that to her. We have had many tests done at the vet to make sure she is healthy.

Story

Paulie is a 5 year old cat that has lived with me for the last 4 and a half years. He is extremely sweet, cuddly, and affectionate. About a year ago, Paulie had a urinary blockage that required emergency treatment. Since then, he is doing well and healthy in a prescription diet. However, he has developed some behavioral issues towards me. He has never had any behavioral issues towards anyone else. I have worked with a vet and a cat behaviorist to address these issues without much success. I believe he would be happier in a different home. I would love to find him a new owner that will appreciate all the love my sweet kitty has to give.

Callie is a spirit cat and a TNR cat. She is able to bond with one person, is very affectionate but has not yet been a lap cat. She does love belly rubs and pets even head kisses. She is sweet and gentle, no biting or scratching, only hissing if scared and she is skittish. It’s taken 7 months of patience and love and now she doesn’t run and hide as much. Her best life would be as a barn cat or work cat with one person available for love and care. Indoors she loves sitting on her perches by the windows. Callie is 5 years old. She does have a couple health issues that need to be monitored. All med. records provided. She should not be indoors in a home with kids as she is easily scared. Callie needs someone with plenty love and patience who could fall in love with this little love bug.

I got Muffin from Dakine Humane Society when she was four months. I’m looking for someone who will care for her, scoop her litter daily, feed her good food, make sure her water bowl is always full, and play with her. Muffin is very sweet. She loves her naps and afterwards she loves getting on your lap for a cuddle. She’s is more reserved and rarely begs for attention (unless she’s hungry). She eats twice a day and doesn’t graze. I’ve had her for nine years now and she’s a phenomenal cat. The adoption fee is present to deter any malicious people who would adopt her just to harm her.
