Story
Isis is apart of a long line of kittens that I had. I gave her to my mom when she was a baby My mother is elderly and currently in transition for medical reasons and Isis unfortunately needs a new home. We are deeply sad to see her go. She is the last of the line of cats from our family. Isis is 3yo bday 7/4/22 raised by my mom, they lived in a 5 story apartment building; since moving with me she has been outside and does well when called & perimeter acclimating. Isis has not been around young children throughout her life, when she is around toddlers she’s usually scared of them and hides with new people until feeling trust. She does good with adults. Isis loves to play her favorite fish flavored temptations cat treats. She loves to play with string toys & wands, paper bags & loves to cuddle. She does express when she doesn’t want to be bothered by walking away or swatting but does listen and responds to No, Come here, Go, & she knows her name and loves anyone with treats.

Story
Meatball arrived with four other kitties when his loving human had to move into assisted living. Of the group, Meatball is truly the sweetheart â&#194&#128&#194&#148 gentle, affectionate, and always ready to soak up attention. He loves being petted and rewards you with the deepest, most content purrs.Meatball has a long, beautiful black coat thatâ&#194&#128&#194&#153s growing in nicely now that a past skin condition has fully resolved. Heâ&#194&#128&#194&#153s feeling good and it shows! While he may need a little time to settle into a new home, we expect him to blossom into a wonderful companion once he feels safe and secure.Meatball would be happiest joining a home with other friendly, social kitties, or being adopted alongside one of the kitty friends he arrived with. If youâ&#194&#128&#194&#153 re looking for a loving boy with a heart of gold and a motorboat purr, Meatball may be your perfect match.OTHER PETS: Meatball would be best suited for a home with other social kitties.OWNER EXPERIENCE: Meatballs adopter should hove experience with more shy kitties.KIDS: Meatballs adopter is best suited for a home with respectful teens and up.ACTIVITY LEVEL: Meatball is currently a couch potato we expect him to be more playful as he settles into his new home.VETERINARY CARE: Meatball is looking forward to meeting his new vet and receiving on-going regular vet care.LEVEL OF SOCIALIZATION: Meatball will need a bit of time to settle into his new home.GROOMING: Meatball takes good care of his coat.March 17, 2026, 2:44 pm

Story
Meet Babs, a kitty who simply would not give up. Babs defied the odds and survived both hypothermia and starvation. When she was first brought to us, we feared we might be saying goodbye â&#194&#128&#194&#148 but Babs had other plans. Not only did she survive, she truly thrived.Lovely Babs went into foster care where she slowly regained her strength and put on the weight she so desperately needed. Her journey is nothing short of a miracle and a testament to her incredible will to live.Babs is now ready to find a home of her own. She is a sweet love bug who adores attention and enjoys being close to her people. Because she did spray in her foster home, we believe Babs would do best as the only pet in the household, where she can feel secure and not have to share her space with other animals. This busy little lady is looking for a home where she can truly be your bestie. She will thrive with people who have the time to provide plenty of attention, playtime, and enrichment to keep her happy and engaged. After everything she has been through, Babs is more than ready for a fresh start â&#194&#128&#194&#148 and a family to call her very own.OTHER PETS: Babs MUST be your one and only pet.OWNER EXPERIENCE: Babs adopter should have kitty experience as she's had a rough beginning with us.KIDS: Babs is best suited for a home with teens and up.ACTIVITY LEVEL: Babs is a busy little lady she suggests if you are looking for a couch potato you should look at other TJO kitties.VETERINARY CARE: Babs is looking forward to meeting her new vet and receiving regular vet care. Babs adopter should have a relationship with a vet.LEVEL OF SOCIALIZATION: Babs is a confident kitty who we expect to move pretty easily into her new home.GROOMING: Babs takes great care of her pretty grey tabby coat.March 14, 2026, 1:31 pm

Story
Suki and her best friend Carly found their way to TJO when their beloved human sadly lost their housing. While it was a big change for them, these two girls have settled in beautifully and have been nothing but easygoing and sweet during their stay with us.Suki is the more active of the pair and enjoys a bit more exploring and playtime, while Carly tends to be a little more laid-back. Both girls share the same gentle, loving nature and enjoy spending time with their people. They truly are the best of friendsâ&#194&#128&#194&#148sometimes youâ&#194&#128&#194&#153 ll find them snuggled up together, and other times theyâ&#194&#128&#194&#153 re perfectly content relaxing in their own cozy spots nearby.Suki and Carly are the kind of kitties who bring a calm, loving presence to a home. They have been no trouble at all here and would make wonderful companions for someone looking to welcome a sweet, easygoing pair into their lives. If youâ&#194&#128&#194&#153 re hoping to add two gentle hearts to your family, Suki and Carly may be just the pair for you.OTHER PETS: The girls have been pretty easy going other cats may be OK. We are unaware of their experience with dogs.OWNER EXPERIENCE: We think the girls would be OK with someone newer to being a kitty guardian.KIDS: The girls have not had experience with children. They are best suited for teens and up.ACTIVITY LEVEL: The girls are pretty chill and are looking forward to endless naps in sun-puddles and watching the outside goings on from inside VETERINARY CARE: Suki is looking forward to meeting her new vet and receiving on-going regular vet care.LEVEL OF SOCIALIZATION: The girls are pretty easy going and we expect them to adjust to their new home without much difficulty.GROOMING: Suki takes great care of her coat.March 16, 2026, 3:42 pm
