Story
Charlie and Archie were given to me by a family friend. I lived alone and needed the company, but now I am gone three days a week and don’t have the time to spend with them like I should. Charlie and Archie are very compatible with each other. They are from the same litter, so they have always been together. I would really like them to stay together. They are very good at keeping each other company, but they also give each other space when they need it. When they were given to me, my mom’s friend thought they were both boys. About six months later, Charlie got pregnant and we were happy that the name fit either way. She lived at my parents during her pregnancy and after she had kittens and she got along with them, and their dog, too. Their vet is Dr Kennedy at Kennedy Vet Clinic. They are up-to-date on their rabies and they have been spayed and neutered. I can send with them a large steel cat litter box, an automatic feeder made for two cats, and the rest of their food and litter.

Story
We got Link from a coworker when he was a kitten, very young, about 7 years ago. He's a little anxious and cautious, but he's very friendly and loves physical affection. He is house trained but he is very insistent his litter box is clean, daily is best, otherwise he's more hesitant to use it. Wherever he goes, I just want to know he'll be cared for the absolute best he can be, he needs to be given lots of love and affection.

Story
Gypsy is a loving, cuddly cat. She will be 9 years old in August. Our lives and schedules have become so constant and stressful that we can no longer give her the love and affection she deserves. She deserves to be in a loving home where she will get cuddles and scratches. I am not sure her breed. She is not up to date on shots, but she was spayed as a kitten. She's used to a large dog, and has been around other cats, but will take some time to warm up to them. Everyone who meets her raves about how affectionate, soft and beautiful she is.

Story
Meet Gigi! She's ready for a fresh start! She has been described as lovable and social. Gigi has lived with dogs in her previous home and did well. We are unsure how she would do around other cats or young children. All introductions should be slow and proper when bringing home new animals. Ask staff for tips! Gigi enjoys basking in the sun, batting around toy balls, and snuggling with her favorite people. Come meet her today! *Adoption holds may be placed on available animals in person or by calling (320) 252-0896. An adoption hold reserves available animals for one day after the animal is ready to be adopted. More than one adoption hold may be placed on an available animal and will be honored in the order they were received. Adoption holds are $25 plus tax, are non-refundable, non-transferable and not applied toward the adoption fee. **Minnesota sales tax and an administrative fee ($20 for cats/dogs and $10 for small animals) will be applied to all adoptions. Donations and adoption fees help cover the cost of spay/neuter surgeries, microchipping, vaccinating, deworming, any medical procedures, and general care of all shelter animals. Story
Meet Kitty! Kitty is a sweet cat who has previously lived with another cat and did very well. She loves taking naps and lounging on the couch, where she is happiest relaxing. Her favorite toys are catnip toys and anything with bells, which keep her entertained during playtime. Kitty may be a little nervous when meeting new people or adjusting to a new environment, so giving her time and patience is important. Once she feels comfortable, she becomes very affectionate and enjoys spending time with her people. She also needs regular grooming to keep her coat healthy and looking its best. If there are other pets or children in the home, slow and proper introductions are recommended to help her feel safe and comfortable. With a little patience, love, and routine care, Kitty will make a wonderful companion. *Adoption holds may be placed on available animals in person or by calling (320) 252-0896. Story
Meet Ariel! Ariel spent some time in foster care with her brother so she could become more confident! Her foster had this to say about her: "This is Ariel. She got her name Ariel because she always wants to be where the people are and was such a supportive sister to her brother (she looked out for him) while he learned to be brave like her. She loves to snuggle and be by people. She has a playful side where she plays with all cat toys but mostly love to just be where the people are. She is tiny and sweet. She has been around cats and dogs and kids and did wonderful." Slow and proper introductions to resident pets and children are always recommended when bringing a new animal home. Ask a TCHS staff for tips on how to ease the transition. She should be fed measured portions of a high-quality cat food to help her maintain an appropriate weight and long-term health. Any necessary supplies or toys can be purchased from the TCHS Re-Tail Shoppe. *Adoption holds may be placed on available animals in person or by calling (320) 252-0896.
