Story
Sky is approximately 4 years old and needs a home where she will be the only pet. She has lived with other cats in the past and they did not enjoy each other’s company. She currently lives in a home with dogs and is unhappy and hiding all of the time. Due to this she has not been eating and drinking or using her litter box properly although she is litter trained. She does have some behavioral issues of urinating outside of her litter box but I’m certain that being in a more calm and quiet environment will make her more comfortable and happy and she will return to normal cat behavior.

Story
Say hello to Viviana! She spent some time in foster care with her kittens to help them grow big and strong. Viv is a beautiful girl who deserves to be treasured. She is a true introvert who needs a gentle, patient person and a quiet home to feel safe. She feels safest when you hold out your hand and she can come to you. Once comfortable, Viv loves tummy rubs and neck rubs. Her foster family reported that she responds well to gentle voices and that Viv has become adorably chatty. She is wary around men and will need children to learn that gentle interaction is the way to her heart. Slow and proper introductions to resident pets and children are always recommended when bringing a new animal home. Ask a TCHS staff for tips on how to ease the transition. Viviana should be fed measured portions of a high-quality cat food to help her maintain an appropriate weight and long-term health. Any necessary supplies or toys can be purchased from the TCHS Re-Tail Shoppe. *Adoption holds may be placed on available animals in person or by calling 320-252-0896. An adoption hold reserves available animals for one day after the animal is ready to be adopted. More than one adoption hold may be placed on an available animal and will be honored in the order they were received. Adoption holds are $25 plus tax, are non-refundable, non-transferable and not applied toward the adoption fee. **Minnesota sales tax and an administrative fee ($20 for cats/dogs and $10 for small animals) will be applied to all adoptions. Donations and adoption fees help cover the cost of spay/neuter surgeries, microchipping, vaccinating, deworming, any medical procedures, and general care of all shelter animals. Story
Say hello to TV! She came to TCHS with her siblings (she'd love to go home with a buddy!). TV is known to be a loving kitten who spends most of her day snuggling and getting pets. She also loves to snack and will play with her brother if he wants. She will ask for attention, too, and can be a big talker! TV has spent time around a large breed dog and did well. TV has spent time around older children and did well. Slow and proper introductions to resident pets and children are always recommended when bringing a new animal home. TV should be fed measured portions of a high-quality cat food to help her maintain an appropriate weight and long-term health. She is playful and sweet! Any necessary supplies or toys can be purchased from the TCHS Re-Tail Shoppe. *Adoption holds may be placed on available animals in person or by calling 320-252-0896. Story
Meet Odd Ball! Odd Ball came to TCHS as a stray, so not much is known of his past. He's been nervous since coming in and may need some extra time in the home before feeling comfortable. After some time and patience, he has become a very sweet boy with shelter staff. He is an expert biscuit-maker! He LOVES Churus, which is a great way to get him to connect with you. Slow and proper introductions are always recommended whenever introducing a new pet to the home. Ask TCHS staff for tips on how to ease the transition. *Adoption holds may be placed on available animals in person or by calling (320) 252-0896.
