I took Bowie in when his owner unexpectedly passed away. After the death of his owner, he had a urethral blockage and the family wanted to euthanize. Instead I opted for surgery and have kept him during his recovery. It has been a year and a half and he is doing great. He eats specific food do reduce his chance at another obstruction. He since has a clean bill of health although we continue the specific food to be safe and don’t allow and table food and treats. Apart from the food, Bowie has no other special needs and is a great companion. He has been around small-medium dogs, and children over 10 without issue. Unsure about other cats or larger dogs.

Cuddly, fun, and curious little boy. He has little white tips on his medium black coat. Super soft and has a very loud purr :). Loves all toys, but really loves to play hide and seek in boxes. He ducks down, and pounces at his siblings when they walk by (not aggressively just to get them to play back with him). He can be a little skiddish to loud noises at first, but adapts very quickly. I could see him doing well with a family with kids, other pet friends, or just one person as long as he gets lots of pets and treats still. Fully litter trained, no separation anxiety, and is smart so I could see him being leash trained eventually if you put in the work. He was a barn kitten found in a bucket so he has not been to the vet yet. He is well fed and acts like a normal, healthy kitten though. Will need to be neutered and get his basic shots when old enough. No special medical needs that I can tell.

Founf under a shed, she came to our home as a tiny kitty. Now 12 yrs old. She is a definate indoor cat. No claws, and fixed. She hides from strangers and avoids other pets but is fine with them. That's our problem.. we have too many. My whole family moved back and brought all of their pets. She's stressed and showing bad behavior. No one needs to live under stress. She needs to be rehomed where she can be happy again.

Our cat was under a year old and had not yet been spayed when she had a litter of five kittens. We’ve been fortunate enough to find homes for three of them with people we know, but we still have two kittens looking for their forever homes. Both kittens are male and very friendly. They are comfortable around people and get along great with our dog. They have been accustomed to living in our garage and spending time outdoors. We also have an older cat who unfortunately does not get along with the kittens, so we’re hoping to find good homes for these two where they can have the attention and space they need. When Geneva first came into rescue, she was skin and bones, struggling to thrive as part of a community cat colony where resources were limited.
