Story
Cow is a female DLH tuxedo cat. Cow is named for her cow-like patterns of black and white along her side, and we think you'll agree that she has lovely fur. It's long and will need frequent brushing to keep her looking her best. She prefers to spend her time curled up in cozy places (honestly, who doesn't) and quietly exploring around the house. She is currently rather cautious and the shelter environment isn't the best for us to get to know her real personality. She needs a safe, quiet home shared with a patient someone who can help her blossom into her true self. Cow would likely do well in a home with other cats, but not kids or dogs.To apply for this pet on Adopets, click the Adopt Me button below their profile picture. Story
Gazpacho is an adorable, soft, and sensitive man with big eyes and a big heart. He has a fuzzy, grumpy face on the outside, but a gentle and compassionate personality on the inside. He may need to be shown some extra compassion and patience to begin with, but once trust is established he looks forward greatly to your companionship and will climb in your lap to receive affection. He loves head rubs and when you speak to him in a loving voice. He has shown a more reserved nature in shelter, but in the comfort of your warm home, is likely to blossom into his true self and display all of his charms and preferences once he has settled in. Okay with cats, older kids, not good with dogs. To apply for this pet on Adopets, click the Adopt Me button below their profile picture. Story
Smurf is a big lover boy! He loves affection and will wander over and just lean his body against yourself to get himself some attention. His personality is very calm and he's extremely gentle in nature. This is a cat whose heart is just full of love and looking to share it with someone. He can be very tolerant of people, and would likely be a very good cat for younger children. Smurf would do well in a home with other cats, children of all ages, and possibly a cat-friendly dog. He would be an excellent companion for a senior citizen as well.To apply for this pet on Adopets, click the Adopt Me button below their profile picture. Story
Kiki is a well-mannered little girl. She is happy to be affectionate and snuggle with you, and also happy to just play by herself if you're busy or she needs some time to herself. She is highly play-motivated, and needs a whole basket of toys to keep her entertained throughout the day. She also very much enjoys having window ledges around the house, to watch birds and squirrels, and to take loaf-shaped naps in the sunshine. High places are another favorite of hers, so she'll be sure to dust the tops of your bookshelves for you! Loving, sweet and lively, she would make a wonderful companion for just about anyone. Kiki would do well in a home with other cats and children of all ages; she does not particularly care for the company of dogs.To apply for this pet on Adopets, click the Adopt Me button below their profile picture. seattle - friendly but shy and sensitive, loves treats / to eat crunchy foods, good with cats, older / respectful kids, unsure dogs, likes to hide and curl in cozy warm placesSeattle is a male, grey cat. Seattle is a sensitive and shy gentleman who needs a chance to feel loved and safe, and brighten into his real personality in a home where he feels comfortable. He is very friendly once he feels secure, and is happy to keep you company or just do his own thing if you're busy. On his own, he loves curling up in warm cozy places and taking a nap - and honestly - same. He loves treats and crunchy foods. Seattle would do well in a home with other cats, with older and respectful children, and possibly with a cat-friendly dog. He does need a quiet, calm household with low-traffic to get adjusted to a new place. To apply for this pet on Adopets, click the Adopt Me button below their profile picture. Story
Papa is a social boy who wants to spend as much time as possible with his people. He immediately and enthusiastically reciprocates friendliness and affection, always looking for a lap to snuggle in or someone to cuddle up with on the couch. He loves sitting in windows to birdwatch or nap in the sunshine. Chasing laser toys is his favorite afternoon activity - that and following his favorite people around the house. He is a skilled night-time feet-warmer as well! Papa would do well in a home with other cats and children of all ages; we are unsure at this time how he would do with dogs in the home.To apply for this pet on Adopets, click the Adopt Me button below their profile picture.
