Story
DOB: 05-27-2024 Zelda is a beautiful short-hair calico with memorizing green eyes and an adorable beauty mark on her pink nose. She has a wonderfully sweet and loving purr-sonality, and her gentle spirit radiates warmth and affection. Zelda is always eager to plant herself in front of you, inviting pets and strokes, especially delighting in head and face rubs. While she might settle into your lap or lean across your leg, her curious energy rarely lets her stay for long. Zelda is a social butterfly with people, running to greet all visitors to her foster room with cute chirps and a welcoming presence. She is energetic yet gentle and thrives on treats and will sweetly pursue you with chirps and tapping on the treat drawer for her favorite snacks. Really a kitten at heart, Zelda  loves the thrill of chasing elusive red dot, batting at swinging toys, and pouncing on bouncing balls.  What makes Zelda truly lovable is her sweet nature and her charming habit of engaging in heartfelt ‘conversations.’ Call her name, and she’ll reply, continuing  on until you reach out to rub her and give her the human attention she desires. She’s content to snuggle beside you on the couch, meowing until you return her affection with gentle loving pets. Most endearing of all, she treasures quiet moments and has been known when face-to-face to give nose kisses. Zelda came to Forgotten Ones as a homeless, pregnant cat. She gave birth to four kittens and was a loving and nurturing mother. Now that her kittens are older, Zelda loves playing and snuggling with them. She is ready to find a family of her own and will be happiest adopted with one of her kittens.     Adoption applications are available at http://www.forgottenones.ca/adoptions/. Please email the completed form to contact@forgottenones.ca. Adoption fees are $250.00 for adult cats (one year and older), $300.00 for kittens, and $175.00 for senior cats (10+ years old). Story
DOB: March 2025 This charming cat is suitably named Oreo because he is definitely sweet and he has the colouring of the famous sandwich cookie. His foster Mom describes him as a lovable, active cat and says, “although Oreo is always too busy for lengthy snuggles, during the brief time he cuddles with you, he will steal your heart!” Oreo enjoys being petted and he will express his happiness with purring. He has a zest for life and delights in a good meal and playtime. His independent nature is evident when he takes a toy away from his siblings reach and hides it so he can play with it all by himself--he's a clever guy!  Oreo warms up quickly to people, enjoys the company of other cats, and absolutely loves his sister Minnie. The siblings will cuddle in their foster parent's bed and groom one another—they are a picture of contentment. Oreo and Minnie thrive in one another’s company and must be adopted together. They will be a wonderful addition to a family that understand Oreo and Minnie's unique personalities and are ready for double the charm. Story
DOB:  March 2025 Hannah is a pretty, brown tabby who looks like and has the persona of a gorgeous leopard. She is an independent diva who will march around the house and keep her siblings in line. She has a delightful personality and her antics are entertaining to watch. She loves her wet food and has been known to push her foster family's resident cats out of the way to eat their food as well as her own. Hannah is always on the go and will only grace you with a cuddle and a quick pet. She is uber enthusiastic about playtime, regardless of the activity. If the toy wand comes out, she will leap and lunge after it, and it is amusing to watch her pounce and chase after springs and balls. Hannah is a watcher--she likes to observe those around her. If her siblings are doing something, Hannah is quick to notice and will join them.  Hannah is happiest when she has a cat companion and should be adopted with her brother Will or into a family with a young, friendly cat. Story
Introducing Sammy, a charming and friendly 2-year-old orange tabby cat with a warm, inviting personality that instantly draws people in.   Sammy is known for his playful antics and affectionate nature, making him a delightful companion for anyone who crosses his path. His striking coat, a vibrant shade of orange with subtle stripes, adds to his appeal, making him a standout among his feline peers.   Sammy is not just a solo act; he is bonded to Nyxia, a relaxed and easygoing feline who complements Sammy's lively spirit perfectly. Together, they create a harmonious duo, each bringing their unique traits to the relationship. While Sammy is often the more active and social of the two, engaging in playful chases and curious explorations, Nyxia balances this energy with her calm demeanour, often lounging in the sun or observing the world around her with a serene expression. This dynamic not only enriches their lives but also makes them an ideal pair for anyone looking to welcome two loving pets into their home.   Sammy and Nyxia thrive in an environment where they can explore their surroundings together, play with toys, and enjoy the company of their human friends. Their personalities complement each other beautifully, creating a joyful atmosphere wherever they go.
