He showed up on my back porch in November 2025, emaciated and with an injured eye. He was frightened and traumatized from living rough, but clearly had been socialized with people before and wanted human attention. I took him to the vet, found he was neutered but not chipped. I looked for an owner but could not find one, so I decided to keep him. He loves to cuddle on my lap while I work at the computer and he is playful and clever. I tried for several months to heal the eye injury, but ultimately the eye needed to be removed. I then started calling him Pirate Roberts because he has one eye and a previously scared ear. He has gained weight, is healthy and happy, but I have not been able to introduce him successfully to my other, pre-existing cat. He attacked her again this week, so now I am looking to re-home him. I believe he should be in a one cat home and be an indoor only cat.

I found this little girl along the I-5 in central California at a truck stop. I took her to get checked for a microchip - none, as well as checking shelters lost and found. I don’t know if she is spayed, but she has an appointment to be (and vaccinations too). I treated her for fleas, got some weight on her and brought her back home me. I travel with my 70+ lb Doberman (who is calm and well behaved) and she warmed to him within days. I had every intention of keeping her, as she is a sweet little cat who likes to be petted and gently brushed, with extra affection in the mornings and evenings. But when I got her home, I found she absolutely dislikes and is extremely fearful of other cats ( I have two male cats already). She hisses and hides from them, and is vey unhappy not to be the only cat. I wanted the best for her, she has been through a lot. She did well with my mom’s visiting friends and my niece’s kids (7 & 10).

Story

Two of the sweetest and most loving 3 year old cats you could ever meet. A strongly bonded pair, they've been together since they were kittens. I got them when Frog was 5 months and Kevin was 3 months. Frog is the polydactyl black cat, he is energetic and his name is definitely fitting, he loves to run and jump around and is very cuddly and playful. Kevin is the brown tabby, he was recently diagnosed with FIC, and is an absolute cuddle bug, he loves to sit on your lap and relax. Both boys are the light of my life but unfortunately with the medical expenses of two cats, especially one with a chronic medical condition are too much for me to handle alone. I never thought I'd have to do this but for the sake of their health and happiness, I must. I'm looking for a home full of love and warmth where they can be cared for properly and live the happiness lives they possibly could together.

Yeti is your quintessential cat- friendly and loves attention including pets, ear scratches and baby talk but also likes his space when his lil cup is full. He has long soft white fur that somehow never tangles, with the hairiest feet & ears. Though he’s been told he’s stunning since the beginning, he is very humble. Yeti is unphased by dogs that leave him alone, and grew up with other cats so he’s also mellow there. He’s fastidious with his litter box, clearly loves to eat and isn’t picky. Though he recently slipped into the “senior” cat age bracket, you’d never guess. He’s hail and hearty, solid and playful! Unfortunately, his family broke up and he’s been bouncing a bit between homes. Yeti is ready for chapter 2 of his awesome life and deserves caring consistent humans to love him up and tell him he’s gorgeous, even if he doesn’t listen!
