If you’re looking for a cat with some serious skills, meet Meowlody.
He is a high-flying athlete who lives for his wand toys and has even been known to catch a fly mid-air, making him the ultimate entertainer for anyone who loves an interactive play session.
Having grown up around a wide variety of cats, he is very gentle and submissive with others. An expert at navigating feline social circles, he maintains a patient, loving approach that usually wins everyone over in the end.
Meowlody (the fly-catching athlete) and his bonded buddy, Claudio (the chatty gentleman), are the ultimate low-pressure roommates. These stunning, long-and-lean tabby brothers are the perfect Self-Sufficient Companions; contented to relax till you’re ready to start the day, and perfectly happy hanging with each other while you’re at work. Meowlody and Claudio won't be instant lap cats, but once you’ve earned their trust, the reward is loyal, athletic, and incredibly chill companions.

Adoption Fees:
• $100 for adults (12+ months)
• $150 for kittens (under 12 months)
All cats adopted through Silverton Cat Rescue come spayed/neutered, FIV/FELV tested, microchipped, treated for fleas and worms, and have received age-appropriate vaccines.
We are not first-come, first-served. Our goal is to match each kitty with the purrfect home.
Silverton Cat Rescue is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, run entirely by volunteers. All cats live in foster homes. Please be patient as we coordinate with fosters to arrange meet-and-greets.
Why Most of Our Kittens Are Adopted in Pairs
Kittens are highly social and thrive when they have a feline companion. A buddy helps them develop healthy play habits, confidence, and emotional well-being. Experts recommend adopting two kittens together, or adopting a solo kitten only if you already have another young cat at home.
Surprisingly, two kittens are often half the work of one—they keep each other entertained, comforted, and well-socialized.
