Story
Tigger is a very sweet kitty . He loves being indoors to sleep on your bed and then he is excited to venture outside to catch some sun or go hunting. He is 2 years old and very beautiful. He really does love being outside , so he must go to a home that lets him out each day. He also appreciates his food indoors and being with his people in a cozy warm house. He is good with other cats once he gets to know them and good with dogs too., He likes children also. He is litter trained and does not have any accidents . His prefers method is eating his food inside and then running outside to do his business , I keep the litter box inside for rainy days.,

Story
DOB 3/15/25 Adoption Special 10-21 to 10-31-25 $75 for single cat and $125 for bonded pair. Hi there! My name is Warren and I’m full of pizazz. I came from a cat colony in Salem so humans scared me at first but I love them now. I’m a purr-fect boy that is litter box trained, vaccinated, neutered, and ready for my furr-ever home with my brother Snoop. This bonded pair, Snoop and Warren, double the trouble, double the fun! If you are looking for a mix of play and cuddles, you have found the perfect pair. Snoop is paired with his brother Warren. These two are inseparable. If they are not play fighting, playing with toys, running through kitten tunnels, they are cuddling together to take a nap. They are the best mix of curiosity and affection. They are litter trained (never had an accident), vax and neuter. They are looking for a fur-ever home together to become a part of your family and live out their days. They can wait to meet their new family! As you can see, they do great with dogs. PLEASE READ: Adoption fee $100 for adult (over 12 months old) and $125 for kitten (under 12 months old). All cats coming into your care will be delivered altered (spayed/neutered), tested for FIV/FELV, microchipped, have received age-appropriate vaccines, treated for fleas and worms. We are not first come, first serve. We try to match our kitties with the purrfect home. Silverton Cat Rescue is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. We are an all-volunteer organization. All our kitties are in foster care. We ask that you be patient with us as we connect you to the foster to set up a meet and greet. Most of our kittens are placed in bonded pairs. One of the most important ways we can support the behavioral and emotional development of a kitten is to make sure they’ve got a friend. Despite the common belief that cats are solitary animals, they’re actually incredibly social beings who thrive when they have feline friends from an early age. That’s why the cat experts always recommend adopting two kittens, or adopting a solo kitten only if you already have another young cat in the home for the kitten to befriend. It may come as a surprise to hear this, but two kittens are actually half the work of one! Giving your kitten a buddy will improve the lives of the cats while also making your life easier. In order to make sure cats under our care go to the safest and most compatible homes, we require adoptees to fill out our Rescue’s application and accept a home visit. Please fill out an application: https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/SIL/Cat or email us at silvertonrescue@gmail.com for more information

Story
DOB 5/5/25 Ennui is a high-energy love bug with the most adorable feature—a little heart shape at the end of his tail! He’s playful, enthusiastic, and always ready for fun with his siblings, but he loves head scratches and human affection just as much. Ennui was rescued as a young kitten from a small feral colony in Mount Angel, along with his siblings, a couple of mother cats, and their litters. Since then, he has grown into a confident, social, and affectionate boy. He and Letto make the perfect pair—both sweet, people-loving, and wonderfully cuddly. This dynamic duo would thrive in a home filled with love, attention, and room to play. PLEASE READ Adoption Fees: • $100 for adults (12+ months) • $125 for kittens (under 12 months) All cats adopted through Silverton Cat Rescue come spayed/neutered, FIV/FELV tested, microchipped, treated for fleas and worms, and given age-appropriate vaccines. We are not first-come, first-served. Our priority is matching each kitty with the purrfect home. Silverton Cat Rescue is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, run entirely by volunteers. All cats are in foster care. Please be patient as we coordinate with fosters to arrange meet-and-greets. Why We Place Most Kittens in Pairs Kittens are highly social and thrive when they have a feline friend. A buddy helps them learn appropriate play, build confidence, and feel secure. Experts recommend adopting two kittens together, or adopting a single kitten only if you already have another young, playful cat at home. It may surprise you, but two kittens are often half the work of one—they keep each other entertained, comforted, and better socialized. Adoption Requirements To ensure safe, loving, and compatible placements, we require: • A completed adoption application • A home visit 📄 Apply here: https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/SIL/Cat 📧 Email us at silvertonrescue@gmail.com for more information.
