Story
Meet Theodore, a 3-year-old neutered male Maine Coon. He was purchased from a breeder in North Carolina when he was a kitten. Theodore is friendly, affectionate, loving, and independent. He enjoys attention but is also content doing his own thing. He gets along well with children, other cats, and dogs, and he has never shown aggression. He has lived as an indoor/outdoor cat and enjoys spending time outside. He occasionally poops outside the litter box and has only urinated in the house a couple of times. He also likes to chew electrical cords and may scratch at window screens when he wants to come back inside. Theodore is currently up to date on his rabies vaccine only. He is not current on his other vaccines. We are looking for a patient, loving home, ideally with someone familiar with Maine Coons or willing to work with his quirks. Theodore is a sweet, handsome boy with a lot of love to give, and we hope to find him a safe home where he can thrive.

Story
We have rescued several cats. We have found that one is stressed out with having so many others around. We are looking for a home for her and her sister because they need to stay together. They are both very curious, skittish, and like to cuddle. They have never been outdoors, so we only want them to go to a home where they can be indoor cats. Sandy is the one with white paws - she is the one who is stressed. She is acting out by going to the bathroom (#1) on countertops, bookshelves, and sometimes on couches. This just started after the last cat (a male) joined. We tried several interventions but are afraid that at this point the behavior is set at our house. We hope that it will go away in a new home where she and Stella are the only cats. If not, we will take them back. Stella is the orangish one. Her safe place is the bean bag you see in one of the pictures. So, we would give the bean bag to the adopter (if desired). Thank you.

Story
Found this girl in a parking lot and brought her home. She’s very sweet but she will not stay inside for anything. When outdoors she is a very aggressive hunter and brings or tries to bring the prey inside. I just can’t keep dealing with the dead animals, and she won’t stay inside.

We have rescued several cats. We have found that one is stressed out with having so many others around. So, we are looking for a home for her and her sister. They need to stay together. They are both very curious, can be skittish, and like to cuddle. They have never been outdoors, so we only want them to go to a home where they can be indoor cats. Sandy is the one with white paws - she is the one who is stressed. She is acting out by going to the bathroom (#1) on top of counters and bookcases and sometimes on couches. She did not do this before the most recent cat joined. We have tried several interventions but we are afraid that now the behavior is set in our house, so we are hoping that if she moves to another home where she and Stella are the only cats, the behavior will disappear. If not, we will take them back. Stella is the orangish one. Her safe place is the bean bag you see in one of the pictures. So, we would give the bean bag to the adopter (if desired). Thank you.
