She’s still feeling a bit unsure with all the activity at the adoption center, but she has been gentle and easy to handle with YHS staff.Kimiko isn’t currently seeking out attention and prefers having a quiet place to observe from a safe distance. In a home environment, she will likely hide for a little while as she acclimates and would truly benefit from having a designated safe space where she can settle in at her own pace.Because she’s a sensitive soul, Kimiko would do best in a calm home without small, active children. With patience, understanding, and time, this sweet girl has the potential to blossom into a loving companion for someone who will let her move at her own comfort level.This pet is available for adoption at the Yakima Humane Society adoption center.
