Meet our litter of terrific pups! There are six in all, and their names are Ivy, Rose, Toby, Nala, Beau, and Sally! Catahoula/Lab mixes. They're 4 months old, weigh about 22 pounds and will probably grow to around 45 to 50 pounds or more. A delightful group, they are friendly, love affection and seek play time when they can. (They love toys!) They're quite good on leash for their age, and they're quick to learn. Puppies Delight! Sheba is a 1.5 year old female Catahoula mix who weighs around 53 lbs. She has spent 10 months in the shelter and is adjusting to dogs well in her foster home now. She does like to growl and assert herself sometimes just so they know she isn’t a pushover though. She is living in a 12 dog pack now and while she has her moments where she will play and wrestle with the other dogs, she also likes to cuddle and sleep with them too. Sheba is very affectionate and is always happy to see you. She has been working on her house manners such as jumping and nipping your hand a little to get attention and she has gotten much better. Sheba loves her humans and likes to put her head on your lap and legs. She definitely likes to sleep in the same bed with her humans and loves to be right there by you on the couch. Sheba probably would thrive as an only dog to receive all your love and attention. She eats with the pack but she does growl a little at the dog and prefers to eat alone. She is a loving, sweetheart who deserves to be spoiled and pampered after being in the shelter half of her life. Sheba is spayed, fully vetted, heartworm negative and microchipped. Cookie, Camille, Cinnamon and Charlotte are 10 week old female Catahoula mix puppies who weigh around 10 lbs. They were surrendered to the city pound at 6 weeks of age and were very scared prior to being rescued. Cookie, Cinnamon and Charlotte were the most scared and shy while in foster but have slowly started to come out of their shell and thrive being around other dogs. It will take a few days for them to relax and feel safe in their new homes so they will need patient and understanding adopters. We’d recommend these three go to homes that have other dogs to continue to build their confidence. Camille is a more outgoing and confident puppy but affectionate and great with other dogs. They are up to date on vaccines for their age and microchipped. Our pups come with one month of free pet insurance when you adopt.
