Story
Nico is a very handsome boy with beautiful eyes. He needs to be on a strict routine. He shouldn't be in a home with young kids. He would have to be the only pet. He is strong and stubborn. He needs someone who will be consistent with him. He isn't friendly to other animals. He is very loyal and protective to his person. He needs a home with a yard. He needs a home where it is strict and the person(s) are patient. He is neutered, microchipped, and fully vaccinated. Inquire about setting up a meet and greet.       ##1501785##

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.A sweet temperament and a dazzling tiger-like coat are highlights for Alana. And that's only the start. Her strong, athletic body is a joy to watch even when she just walks across the room. Imagine her bounding across a field!  Catahoulas were bred to take on wild boar in the South and are very special, as they were brought into breed recognized existence by native Americans. Alana is still very young, at barely a year old, so she should have her entire life in front of her to be by your side. She has shown herself to get along well with other dogs, but we can't speak to cats, as she has not yet met one. This unique lady would be perfect for an individual or family that enjoys the outdoors and is active. On hiking trips she will do much more than just keep up, she will lead the way! She wants very much to be a family member and will try hard to follow your commands. Love will go a long way with this one in getting her to be the dog of your dreams.   If you are interested in Alana, please fill out an application at: https://reachoutrescue.rescuegroups.org/forms/form?formid=4588    Or contact: rorrcanine@gmail.com   *** Click here to sponsor this dog! ***Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.April 16, 2024, 11:15 am

"Get your motor runnin'! Head out on the highway! Looking for adventure and whatever comes our way!!!" That is one pawsome song right? My name is Wanda! I am a year old Catahoula mix :) looking for an ACTIVE family! They say I'm a very smart cookie, that sounds amazing!!! Who doesn't like cookies?! I know sit, fetch and learning to drop it. I have doggie friends and I've met the kitties and they are ok too! I am still a little nervous with new people and sometimes like to bork at them so they know I'm there. Foster mom is teaching me so many cool things all the time. I am crate trained and I LOOOVE belly rubs! I would do great with an active family that likes to go on hikes, adventures and give me lots of chewy toys and stimulate my growing mind! If you like to have a good time like me, have your people get with my people and let's get this pawty started!!! Local (Texas) adoption fee is $200 Out of state (Transport) adoption fee is $400 (includes transport to your area)

Story
Meet Zoe! Zoe is such a precious, gorgeous pup with two toned eyes and dark brindle fur. She is very bashful when you first meet her, but she's learning to blossom into a social butterfly. She likes to take her time to get to know you, but if you have treats, she is willing to hear you out! Zoe loves to catch some zoomies in the yard and knows the command "sit very well. Zoe has a lot of endurance and agility, and would make a great running companion or farm dog! Zoe has SO MUCH ENERGYYYY! She zooms, and gallops, and sprints around and around! Zoe would suit well in an environment with older children and would not work well in apartment-style living. Lots of noises make her a bit anxious which apartment-living would put her around constantly. Some basic information about Zoe; she is 1-year(s) old, female, Catahoula Leopard mix, and is medium-sized (20-59lbs). Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $400 (includes transport to your area - $50 Temporary Fuel Charge will be added)

Story
Introducing Hondo, the loyal and brave companion you've been waiting for! Hondo is a true good boy, showcasing his friendly nature with both people and fellow furry friends. He strikes the perfect balance between confident and respectful, making him a wonderful addition to any household dynamic. While Hondo may be a bit head shy when it comes to leashes, it's a trait rooted in his past experiences - his ears once caused him discomfort. But with patience and understanding, he's slowly overcoming this challenge. This resilience highlights his adaptable nature and willingness to grow. Crate training is a breeze for Hondo, reflecting his cooperative spirit. He's well-versed in the art of sitting and enjoys eating a peaceful meal. These traits make him a joy to train and a promising companion for both new and experienced pet owners. Hondo's ideal home is one that's lively and active, as he thrives in an environment where he can stretch his legs and engage in the joyful act of running. With a strong recall foundation already in place, he's open to further fine-tuning this skill. This warrior-dog's name is music to his ears, and he responds to it with enthusiasm. Though his recall could use a bit more polish, his eagerness to learn shines through. Hondo's adaptable and resourceful nature, coupled with his receptive attitude, make him a loyal partner for all your adventures. If you're seeking a four-legged friend who embodies both resilience and companionship, look no further than Hondo. He's ready to stand by your side and show you the depths of his affectionate heart. Don't hesitate to welcome this valiant spirit into your home!
