These two Chihuahuas, "Bruno", 3 yrs old (long-haired) and "Ollie", 6 yrs old (short-haired), belonged to my 92 year old father. I have been taking care of them for the past 6 months, while I handle my father's affairs, but I cannot wait any longer and must return to work and can no longer take care of them. They are both current on shots and neutered. Both dogs are really quiet, not the yapping kind, and they are very gentle and loving. They get along with children and other pets, including the "boss" of the house, "Liliana of the Veil", (Lily), my female cat...I desperately need to find a home soon, otherwise they will have to go to a shelter because I have been off too long and can't wait much longer. Please save them!!

Meet Daisy! She's a senior Chihuahua mix surrendered to us by her owners. She was somewhat neglected and came to us with severely overgrown nails. We're treating Daisy to a spa day and a full exam by our vet. Despite everything, Daisy loves people, and has the best personality. Daisy is very sweet and social. She loves to cuddle and give affection. Daisy is a very well behaved girl, with a calm, mild nature. She's great around kids and other dogs. She weighs under 13 lbs, is quiet and healthy. Senior dogs need help! This sweet family is hoping for a miracle. Their mom has entered  a permanent nursing home for Alzheimer’s.  Unfortunately, her family can not care for the dogs and are searching for a place for them to go. They've reached out to multiple rescues, but no one is able to help. We are their last hope before they go to the shelter. All of the dogs are seniors, and its highly unlikely they would make it out alive. We need fosters or adopters asap. The Chihuahua is named Girlfriend, and she is actually the mother of the other dogs! Mo is the black dog, and Lily is the white dog. If we can find fosters, we will have them seen by our vet and groomed. They're low maintenance and quiet. They love to take naps and sit in the sun. Once they warm up to you, they'd love to sit next to you and cuddle.  Girlfriend, Mo and Lily are a little scared and shy right now, which is understandable given the situation. Gigi is a very special senior girl looking for a forever home. She's a happy well adjusted girl who lived with her mom her whole life. Gigi's mom developed dementia and finally had to go into assisted living. Her family asked us to help find Gigi a home. Although Gigi is considered a senior, small dogs live well into their late teens, so Gigi is really middle aged! She's such a happy little girl, and has the cutest personality. We had her examined by our vet, and treated her to a spa day. Gig is easy going and is fitting in very well with all the dogs in her foster home. Senior dogs are a joy to have in the home. They're all the good parts of having a dog, rolled into one loving package. Gigi is extremely well behaved, and doesn't have any destructive habits like chewing or digging. She's fully house trained, and loves to cuddle without being needy or clingy. Gigi loves to go on small walks, but doesn't need a lot of exercise. She's happy to sit next to you while you work on the computer or watch TV. Gigi would be perfect for a senior adopter or anyone who works from home. She promises to be quiet during zoom meetings! Meet Stitch! This handsome 1.5 year old, 17 lbs regal Chihuahua Beagle mix is searching for his forever home. Stitch is described as very smart and outgoing. While he can be cautious around strangers at first, he warms up quickly and loves to play. He is an active boy who would benefit from daily walks and playtime. You can typically find Stitch running around with another dog, exploring the yard, playing with his toys, or sitting in your lap. Meet a timid lady Bombom🩷(bom 봄 means spring in Korean) Even though she is still wary of people, she is getting better little by little. Bombom is learning to get adapted to spending time with her foster and foster family inside the house. She has not tried to walk outside yet. *Separation anxiety: A home camera was installed in the house to see Bombom when the foster family went outside, and Bombom she was waiting and missing her foster family. *Potty-training: Bombom mostly stays indoors and can perfectly go in the center of the potty pad!💯 * Energy Level (1~10): Level 2 * Socialization -People: Curious about people but still scared. When her fam approach her, she tends to step backward. Still gets nervous and flinches when someone tries to touch her but doesn’t move away from her spot. She’ll take treats if her family is holding them. Once in a while, she approaches her foster and the family first! She can get nervous and tremble if she makes eye contact with human strangers. She moves away when someone suddenly comes at her. -Dogs: She gets along with the foster's dog. *She's still scared of Bombom’s surroundings and everything in the world. To protect herself, she “growls” but doesn’t show other aggressive behavior. When Bombom learns to build up trusting relationships with people and there are more enjoyable things than scary things in the world, it will be a great help for her to adapt to a new environment! *Bark: Doesn’t bark at all. *Is possible to bathe her but Bombom is still scared and uncomfortable with bathing and tries to move away. *Foster's Instagram: @happydog_world

Meet Victor💜 She was rescued by an ADOGS volunteer, found tied with a tight collar in a pebble field. Upon rescue, she appeared frightened, surrounded by accumulated food, but quickly warmed up, showing signs of relief and wagging her tail. * Separation Anxiety: Still quite anxious when left alone for extended periods, resulting in whining and occasionally tearing wallpaper or mats 😭 * Housebroken: Indoors, she's a smart girl who consistently uses the designated potty pad 😊 * With calm friends, she slowly greets by sniffing, but for those who approach aggressively, she expresses with a growl. * Prefers greeting one friend at a time rather than meeting many dogs simultaneously. * Absolutely loves people! During greetings, she lies down and eagerly leans on people, seeking cuddles all over 🥰 * Extensively affectionate towards strangers outdoors, but indoors with unfamiliar faces, she's initially a bit apprehensive. Once familiar, she becomes an adorable sweetheart! * Initially pulls on the leash during walks but gradually syncs pace. Tends to chase after cats, so caution is necessary. * Rarely barks! Meet Lila!! Lila was rescued from abusive owner by our Dorothy Rescue. She is a sweet a smart Jindo mix girl who wants to be loved :) Behaviours from foster home : Lila is such a sweetheart who is smart and loves her hoomans! She is a bit timid and shy at first time. She would be appreciate it, if you could give her some time get used to her new family and new environment :) She is good with other doggie friends. She also catches other dog's signal quickly, so she won't bother the other dog if they don't want to hang out. She is that smart ;) She is good with adults and kids, as well. Though, she'd like your slow and gentle approach to her. Please give her some time to get used to you and wait for her to feel comfortable and let her come to you :) She has good walking manner, as well. She absolutely loves walking! and She does her business only outside. She isn't a big barker and she has no separation anxiety. She is also crate trained, and she's never showed aggressive behavior. Also, she doesn't get carsick, so- you can enjoy car drive with her :D Lila may be a bit shy and timid at first time, but she is such a sweetheart and she is very gentle and loving~ Would you be her loving pawrents? :) Allergy/health issues : She hasn't showed any allergy issue. She does not have any health issue. But, sadly.. She lost her right hind leg because of her abusive previous owner... There were a number of dangerous moments during her treatment, but she stayed strong and she fought for her life. Now, she is a healthy and happy dog who loves running around and being loved. We are very proud of her!!! Hello leon is a sweet boy that was no longer wanted at his house Couse they had a baby and 2 other kids and was to much but h was in bad condition full of flees under weight and no vaccines and no fur in his legs :( I took him right away and took him to the vet and stated treatment and he’s doing great no more flees or parasites vaccines up to date and his fur is growing back ! He’s perfect weight 6 pounds and he’s fully potty trained ! He’s so smart only took me a week to transition from pre pads to going outside ! He’s very active loves to play and attention . He’s afraid of new people and takes a bit to warm up but when he does all he wants is luv! He’s not aggressive but he does bark and he luvs walks but need to be trained to be calm seeing other dogs and people ! I can’t keep him since I travel a lot and just lost my 17 old dog so I want to find him a great home he would love a yard and he likes kids I saw him play at his old house
