If you'd like to meet Stanley, please fill out our online adoption application for preapproval and we can set up a meet and greet at your earliest convenience! Hi I'm Stanley! I had found myself lost and ended up scared and shutdown at Genesee County Animal Control until my friends came to bring me to Paradise! I'm a quiet low key dude that just goes with the flow! I don't need much to make me happy, perhaps some snuggles, couch time and a short daily walk. I can be a bit on the shy side, especially when it comes to putting on a collar, leash, or coat, but I am building my confidence every day! I am house and crate trained, dog and cat friendly, and would do best in a teenage or adult only home, just because loud noises and chaos is a bit much for me. A physical fenced yard might be best as I do like to look to make an escape out the door if there is an opportunity. Stanley is a mixed breed of what we think Chihuahua with unknown, maybe Carolina dog?, 27 lbs, approximately 6-7 years old, neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, heartworm and fecal negative, and on monthly preventention. You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Mwanna is a very sweet, 8 year old chihuahua.  She is blind but gets around fairly well once she learns the lay out. She is friendly and loves to be around people. She is happy to snuggle on the couch. She is very calm and rarely barks unless she is locked up away from people.  She can’t see so even if you are nearby, she can’t tell, so she calls out for you. She is working on housebreaking.  She goes potty outside if taken out on a regular basis and does use piddle pads.  She is very fond of her daughter, Delilah.  It would be nice if they could stay together. With love and attention, Mwanna would make a perfect pet.
