Meet Happy!!! Happy came into our care when she ended up at an overcrowded Detroit shelter when her owner passed away. Sadly her entire world had flipped upside down. We swooped this little 5 lbs. lady to safety and the rest is history. We are looking for a patient and loving home for Happy to live out her golden years. We estimate Happy to be between 13-14 years old. She is just the tiniest little girl weighing only 5 lbs. Happy is up to date on vaccines and microchipped. Unfortunately Happy is not a fan of other dogs, so we are looking for home without dogs, cats or children. She is looking for a quiet home where she can nap most of the day and be by her people. She isn't the biggest cuddler, but does want her people near by. Happy is a picky eater, so her wonderful foster parents have been been giving her cooked hamburger and boiled chicken. Happy is pee pad trailed but may require diapers soon as sometimes she can't hold it. She is friendly and loves to be around people. She is happy to snuggle on the couch. She is very calm and rarely barks unless she is locked up away from people. She can’t see so even if you are nearby, she can’t tell, so she calls out for you. She is working on housebreaking. She goes potty outside if taken out on a regular basis and does use piddle pads. She is very fond of her daughter, Delilah. It would be nice if they could stay together. With love and attention, Mwanna would make a perfect pet.
