Story
Hello – my name is Parker. I am a healthy, one year old Collie/Shepherd mix. I was rescued from the cold dog park (hence my name) in October 2022 and have been enjoying the good life. I am chipped, I have my own comfortable crate, feeding station and plenty of toys and puzzles. I am full of life and just love to have fun and be silly. My signature move is running as fast as I can from one end of the backyard to the other, rolling around in the dirt on my back- and waiting to hear “good boy Parker”.  I have lots of energy and I would love to be in a home with a leader who will give me lots of exercise and structure.  I am housebroken and I  know how to use the “doggie doors'.  My foster has discovered that I would do best being the 'only' dog in the household.  I have learned several commands and I also walk great on a leash unless I stop to sniff something.  I love to learn because I’m smart and I want to please – I just need a  confident person to show me the way.   Please contact : Rhonda Baldwin 562-708-4944 or (baldwinlocks@gmail.com       These dogs are looking for homes through private parties in the Los Angeles CA area. Story
Ziva is a lucky dog! She was absconded in a rural area where she lived out in the open field for a few months. Locals put out food but she would never come close enough for them to grab her and get her to safety. Finally someone reached out to our friends at HOPE FOR PAWS and they went out there and were able to trap her. She appeared to have had puppies recently but they were nowhere to be found. Maybe the dumper kept the puppies and dumped her??? We just don’t know. She’s great with other dogs, cats and people of all ages. She does have a “momma bear” side to her and she will bark to alert you to strangers but she quickly calms down. She is affectionate but not needy, attentive and happy.

Little Milito is as sweet as can be! He came to us from Riverside County Department of Animal Services where he was found a stray. While we don't know much about his past, we know that whatever time he spent surviving on the streets did not dampen his spirits. Milito is a happy go lucky pup, crate trained, good with other dogs and a total love! Come meet your next adventure buddy!

Story
My name is Magnum! My mama showed up on this lady's doorstep in the desert. She was pregnant with no where to go. Well, the lady did not know she was pregnant until she started to show. She had 8 of us. We are loved by all. We have another stray husky that baby sits us sometimes. She is really great and lets us crawl all over her. Its our foster mom's best guess that our mom is a shepherd collie and dad is unknown. We are true desert mutts. That really is what makes us sweet though. If you would like to adopt me, my mom or one of my siblings then please message roverrangerrescue@gmail for an application. We are fixed, chipped and have all of our shots except rabies. The video is of us with our dog sitter Princess the Husky. (She needs a home too.)November 21, 2023, 11:28 pm

Story
Oliver is a smooth collie mix who was born on January 4, 2018 into a litter of 10. His father was a short-haired merle collie and his mother was a collie-pharaoh hound mix. He was originally adopted at the too young age of 4 weeks and has grown into a gorgeous 90+ pound bundle of energy. At 18 months, he is still very much a puppy.....a BIG puppy....with all of a puppy's affection, playfulness as well as unbridled energy. While Ollie loves to cuddle, play fetch, tug of war and run around with other big dogs, sometimes, he can be somewhat grabby and quite protective. Ollie was neutered at 6 months and is fully house-trained. He is very, very smart and knows basic commands from working with two trainers. Oliver needs a very active and engaging home life. He requires a yard with lots of space so he can run around to burn off his still-puppy energy. He could probably be trained to be a great agility or working farm dog. Oliver absolutely requires a physically and mentally strong person who is willing to devote the necessary time to continue his training. This individual needs to be an exceptionally savvy dog person who is motivated to work with Ollie to make him into a great companion. Because of Oliver's size and energy, he will not be adopted into a household with cats, small dogs or children under the age of 16.

Story
Hi, I’m Ryland. I’m a 6-year-old spayed husky/Australian cattle/Boxer female up to date on all vaccinations. I am looking for a home with no other pets since I am very dog selective. I get along great with all big and small humans! I love treats and walks and I’m especially talkative when it’s time for food. I make a great snuggle and hiking buddy and guard dog. I will protect you and love you and hope you do the same for me. I hope to meet you soon!!
