Carwyn was found with his litter mates next to a dumpster in rural Georgia and was brought to the local animal shelter. On 11/16 he hitched a ride up to Cedarburg, Wisconsin with Mtut Life Dog Rescue of Wisconsin and has been enjoying life in his foster home!
