Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Clover is a gentle, lovable girl who may start off a little unsure when meeting someone new, but give her a few minutes and her personality blossoms into a warm, affectionate companion. She is smart, cute, and has that easy-to-love charm that makes her a great fit for a variety of homes. Clover comes with a solid foundation already in place. She is leash-trained, crate-trained, rides well in the car, and is eager to please. She has a calm, moderate energy level and enjoys both snuggle time and playtime. Clover gets along well with adult women and other big or small dogs, making her a wonderful match for many family types. Originally brought into the Cleveland, TX shelter, Clover arrived in good condition and has shown that she adapts well to new environments. While she doesn’t require another dog in the home, she would likely enjoy a canine companion. She is the kind of dog who adjusts well with love and routine. If you are looking for a sweet, easy, affectionate dog who will fit right into your life, Clover may be the perfect match! Clover is from Texas. They arrive in Minnesota on 11/21/2025 and will need to be picked up from the Ruff Start Rescue office in Princeton, MN between the hours of 8:30am and noon. Please plan for their arrival accordingly as we cannot accommodate pickups outside of this time frame. Since they haven’t arrived yet, they are available exclusively through Ruff Start’s Foster to Adopt (FTA) Program. Click here to learn more about the FTA program. Once they get to Minnesota, they might require further veterinary care. Ruff Start’s veterinary suite is located in Princeton, MN, and, as the foster, you will be required to transport your dog to and from these vetting appointments. If you are interested in getting to know this animal better, please fill out an adoption application. An adoption application is the best way to show your interest in an animal and is not a binding contract.
