Story
💌 Dear Future Valentine, My name is Augie, and my heart is officially ready. ❤️ I’m an 8-year-old corgi mix, a happy little guy with a big love for the cozy things in life, especially soft beds, blankets, and anything cushy enough for a good nap (bonus points if it’s extra plush 😆). I might be a tiny bit shy when we first meet, but don’t let that fool you. Once I know you’re my person, I’m all in...kisses included. 😘 And fair warning: belly rubs are basically my love language. I enjoy toys now and then, but my true talents include being sweet, snuggly, and excellent at relaxing beside you. I’m past the puppy chaos and fully embracing my role as a gentle, affectionate companion, who just wants a warm spot and a kind heart to call home. 🏠 If you’re looking for a loyal Valentine who will adore you quietly, love you deeply, and happily curl up beside you, I might be your perfect match. 💘 Love, Augie 🐾 ADOPTION APPLICATION: https://iamdogrescue.org/adoption-application/ ***IMPORTANT- PLEASE READ*** Our adoption fee is $175. We require an application to be completed prior to setting up a meet-and-greet. We do not offer "on-the-spot" adoptions. We do not adopt on a first-come, first-served basis. We do our best to match dogs with families that will be a good fit to help ensure a successful adoption. We reserve the right to decline any application for any reason. Due to the nature of our adoption process, our fosters are usually only able to consider forever families within a reasonable driving distance of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. A vet reference is required, and a trial period will be completed before finalizing the adoption. Thank you for your understanding.

Story
Obi-Wan is a lovely purebred Blue Merle Corgi who is 10 months old. My schedule has recently changed and I do not have the time that he deserves. He is an energetic dog that benefits from daily walks. While he is potty trained, Obi may be best suited to someone with a flexible schedule and an active lifestyle. Obi is crate-trained and would benefit from continued training. With time and guidance, he has great potential beyond the puppy stage. I will provide his crate, food, and a variety of toys and supplies.
