Chiweenie!  Say hello to 11 pounds of fun.  Zena is the perfect mix of Dappled Dachshund and Chihuahua. She had a rough start in Kansas, where she and her litter were picked up. She is now ready for her new life! She is so loving, incredibly cute, energetic, and fun to be around. She is potty trained, is working on getting used to a leash, and she learns new things really quickly. She was very shy at first, but within a week is confident and coming out of her shell. She has the Chihuahua strut and thinks she can chase bunnies twice her size! Her crate is her safe haven, and she loves being in it when she is not zooming around the house. She gets along great with other dogs and is a submissive girl who loves praise.  Adoption fee includes the following: Spay/Neuter Rabies Vaccination Distemper / Parvo Vaccines (includes series of 3 for puppies) Bordetella Microchip with prepaid lifetime registration Deworming ##2711757##

Story
Tammy is a two-year-old Bulldog/Dachshund mix with a gentle heart and a cautious spirit. She’s one of those dogs who notices everything, quiet and observant, and happiest when she feels safe and understood. Tammy is shy with new people and needs time to warm up, but once she does, her silly side shines through in short bursts of zoomies and funny little hops. She loves to burrow into her blankets or snuggle up close once she trusts you. She gets along beautifully with other dogs and enjoys following their lead. A calm, patient home with a confident canine companion would be ideal for her. She’s also been great with cats. Tammy is house and crate trained, uses the doggie door, and is working on building confidence during walks. She’s spayed, microchipped, up to date on vaccinations, and heartworm negative. Tammy isn’t the kind of dog who rushes into new things, but for the person who moves at her pace, she’s a quiet and steady source of love. Adoption fee includes the following: Spay/Neuter Rabies Vaccination Distemper / Parvo Vaccines (includes series of 3 for puppies) Bordetella Microchip with prepaid lifetime registration Deworming ##1695008##

This dog is a courtesy listing and not one of our dogs. Please contact the email listed in this post. For more information about Willow Ray, please contact: Kassi McCreary at 720-498-4335 Meet Willow Ray! Willow is a very sweet and loving girl. She is 2 years old, spayed, kennel and potty trained, knows her basic commands. Would do best in a home with no other dogs (has never been around cats) and no children (at least younger than 13 years old). She is a little nervous with new people but once she warms up she will be on your lap giving you kisses. She loves to snuggle and sleep under the blankets. Not food aggressive, very gentle when taking treats, grazes throughout the day. She loves to play with toys and go for walks, would love a very active new parent. She will give you the goofiest howl greeting when you come home or when she is waking up. She truly is a sweet girl and has so much potential she just needs an environment that is more conducive to her needs so she can thrive!  June 17, 2026, 12:10 pm

Story
Meet this adorable little guy! This one-year-old Dachshund, Tibetan Spaniel, and Chihuahua mix is full of charm, affection, and personality. He loves playing with toys, snuggling close to his favorite people, and being part of the action around the house. He’s still learning how to walk on a leash since he hasn’t had much experience with it, but he’s a smart, food-motivated pup who is eager to learn and make progress with gentle guidance and positive reinforcement. He is making great strides with potty training and does well going outside in the yard. Like many young dogs, he still benefits from regular reminders and a consistent routine to help him stay on track. This sweet boy forms strong bonds with his people and is happiest when he can stay close to them. He has a naturally protective nature and takes his job of looking after his family seriously. Because he prefers not to share his home and favorite humans with other dogs, he would do best as the only pet in the household where he can soak up all the love and attention. He would thrive with an older couple or a single person in a calm home without young children. Because he loves companionship and being near his people, he’d do best with someone who works from home or is home most of the day. If you’re looking for a loyal little shadow who will happily cuddle on the couch, play with his toys, and brighten your days with his loving personality, this handsome boy may be the perfect match! Put in an app today at eapl.com His adoption fee is $375June 17, 2026, 10:20 am

The money also acts as a donation to help support the organization as a whole, allowing the group to continue its efforts to rescue and rehome pets. The dogs in our care are fostered in Colorado, Texas, and New Mexico.  While all dogs are picked up during our scheduled times, sometimes transport dates change due to unforeseen circumstances.   More questions?  Read our FAQs here: https://4p4l.org/faqs/  Breed labels are a "best guess" by a shelter veterinarian and cannot be guaranteed.  ##2755512##

Story
0126007 - Meet Ollie! At 7 months old and around 30lbs, Ollie is the perfect medium-sized adventure buddy with the cutest mystery mix look around! We think she may be a Bassador (Basset Hound/Lab mix) plus something extra special — especially considering her absolutely crazy curly tail. Whatever her breed mix is, one thing is certain… she is ridiculously adorable and likely won’t get very tall full grown. Ollie is social, friendly, and loves both people and other dogs. She would happily join you for hikes, brewery patios, walks around town, or any Colorado adventure you have planned — and then be just as content curling up next to you for a Netflix marathon afterward. This smart girl is already house trained, crate trained, knows basic commands, and even has pretty solid leash manners for her age. She has been raised around kids and other dogs and truly seems like the kind of pup who could fit into just about any loving home.
